The Von Duprin 22 Panic Only 22EO is part of the economy series.   Even though is it the least expensive Von Duprin, it is still a very heavy duty panic device.  It is for all types of single and double doors with mullion, for door stiles as narrow as 3-13/16”.   All 22 Series exit devices are UL listed for Panic Hardware or Fire Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1.  The Von Duprin 22 ships with the 299 standard strike, dog key, and all of the needed mounting fasteners.  Even though it is the least expensive, they offer all the replacement parts, just like there other models.  We stock all of the replacement parts Von Duprin has to offer on the 22 and 2227 series.
We keep the 36” devices in stock in the SP28 Sprayed Aluminum and SP313 Sprayed Dark Brown in stock.

The Adams Rite EX76 End Caps are for the Concealed Vertical Rod Devices. The package includes the hinge side and latching side covers, along with the mounting screws. The aluminum color is no longer available, only Black.

The Panic Hex Key 3/16" is used on some of the Corbin Russwin panic hardware.  The key measure 3/16" hex by 2-1/4" long.  At this point we do not know of any other manufacture that uses this size key.  Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880TP Trim is for the 88 series only.  The stanchions welded on the back line up with the 88 device on the interior.  The optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" bore hole for cylinder.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included. This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

Straightens bent full mortise hinges. Slide cylinder over the butt of the hinge and rotate. Extra long handle provides the torque to bring the hinge back inline. t measures 19-1/2" long, with barrels on each end of 3/4" and 1" diameters.

The Adams Rite Latch Retraction (LR) Ciruit Board is used on devices sold after 2004.  The board measures 1-3/4 inches by 2-3/4 inches.

The Adams Rite G86 Mounting Cap and Label with only work on the G86 Device.  The Cap measures 3-3/4" high by 1-1/8" with a 1-5/8" projection.

Von Duprin 992/994 Lever Lift Spring 971573

The spring measures 1-5/8" long with a 7/16" diameter. We find two of these springs per 992 and 994 series lever trims. These springs help support the lever handle and return it to the proper position.

The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Adams Rite 31-0619 is the Circuit Board that controls the Motorized Latch Retraction on the 8000 and 3000 Series Exit Devices. It is also known as the PCBA: SE Main (Black).

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Constructed of cast aluminum or cast brass and plated to the desired finish.  The overall length is 8-3/4", the bases are 1-1/2" x 1-5/8", and it projects 3-1/4".   Shipped with screws. The Falcon / Dor-o-Matic Panic Device 2090 / 1790 Standard Strike is the strike shipped with all new Falcon 2090 and 1790 exit devices.  The strike measures 1-3/4" high, 1-3/4" deep and only comes in a Black Matte color.  This strike was known for a long time as the Dor-o-Matic SD36 Strike, but after changing there name to Falcon in about 2008, it is know known as the Falcon SD36 Strike.

The Panic Hex Key 7/32" is used on Dor-O-Matic Falcon and Sargent Panic Hardware to name a few.  The key measures 7/32" hex by 3-1/4" long.   Also known as a Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key or Dogging Key.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085, 1285, and 2086 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly is the piece that fits in the bottom of the door.  It is there to take up slack in rod, so the door can not be shaken open.  Jackson part number 30-320.

LCN Door Closer 4111 HCUSH Hold Open

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with HOLD OPEN CUSH N STOP arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. "T" handle on arm will release door for closing, locking pin can be retracted for normal door closing operation.
