Norton 7701-11 Rod and Shoe

The Norton Rod and Shoe 7701-11 and 7701-11A come in two different lengths, 8-7/8" and 12-1/2".  The length is measured from the end of the bar to the center of the eyelet.

The Cal Royal Products 300 Series Door Closer comes in two versions.   One version is the size 3 to 6 spring, which would be for larger exterior doors.  The 3 to 6 spring size is for doors 36" to 48" wide.  The second version is the size 1 to 4 spring size.  The 1 to 4 is considered a Barrier Free door closer, because the spring tension can be turned down to less than 8 pounds of resistance, making the door easy to open.  The 1 to 4 should be used on interior doors and smaller, less than 36" wide exterior doors.  This door closer is a standard template closer with a hole spacing of 3/4" x 9-1/16" center to center, which is what we find on many aluminum framed glass storefront doors.   This closer has a 5 year warranty and is considered a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.

Floor Door Stop Dome 1-3/8" FS438

We ship the H.B. Ives FS438 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1-3/8" and a base height of 9/16".

The LCN 4050 Rw/PA Door Closer is a newer Closer and is a direct replacement for the Norton 7500, Yale 4400, and Falcon/Dor-o-Matic SC70 Series Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 25 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.

The Door Sweep 1-9/16" Long Brush is one of the longest brush sweeps we offer.  The brush is 1-9/16" long, with the mounting strip being 1-3/16".  The mounting strip is constructed of extruded aluminum, and the holes are slotted for adjustment.  The mounting screws, which are #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.  This product is easily cut down in the field.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The Cal Royal Products 900 Series Door Closer is a unique one, it is the only closer that has the 3/4" x 11-1/8" hole spacing.  We have seen a few versions of this closer, some have 6 mounting holes, and some have 4.  If your closer has a spacing of 11-1/8", and has 3 holes on each size, this is the only closer I know of that is like that.  The 900 Series is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The door closer has adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check valves and is Barrier Free rated.  The package comes with all of the  mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket, so it can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.

This contemporary looking Dome Stop has been a hot selling in the last few years.  The stop is constructed of forged brass, that is then chrome plated and brushed to the satin finish.  At this time, only brushed or satin chrome is available.  The base is 1-11/16" wide by 4" long and 1-1/4" tall.  The base is 1/2" thick.  This door stop ships with wood and machine screws and all of the anchors.

Glynn-Johnson 70 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted are constructed primarily of Brass and 300 series Stainless Steel substrates, with several components fabricated of Steel treated to resist corrosion. The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC91 is an affordable, high quality closer for residential or light commercial applications.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC90, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC91.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 3 closer, which is the lightest grade you can get.   The hole spacing is 3/4” x 6-3/8”.  We ship the SC91 Rw/PA.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

Dome Door Stop 1-5/8" Height 521

The 521 is a larger version of the other dome stops we offer.  It offers forged brass construction with a gray rubber bumper.  The base measures 1-3/4" diameter x 1-5/8" High, with a 1/4"  thickness.  That this point only US26D-Brushed Satin Chrome is available.  It ships with wood screws and machine screws  and floor anchors.

The Sargent Door Closer 351 is the most heavy duty closer made by Sargent.  This closers meets ADA requirements, meets the Buy American Act, and is certified Grade 1, the heaviest rating possible.  The closer has the capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed. It ships with arm, plastic cover, parallel arm bracket and all of the fasteners.  The hole spacing is 2-1/2" x 9"
