Jackson Exit Device 2085 Dogging Assembly LH/RHRB

This Jackson Exit Device dogging assembly is used on the 2085 Device made after October 1, 1999. It will work on the previous version of this exit device, but you may have to use a file a remove some material from the catch.

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width. 

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Guide Assembly is used on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 hardware.  The piece works by sliding over the top rod when the device is opened. This keeps the rods retracted until the Plunger hits the Trip Assembly when it is closing.  Upon hitting the Trip Assy, the plate slides over and the rods retract.  It measures 1-1/2” deep x 1-1/16” wide x  15/16” tall, with a hole spacing of 3/4" on the mounting screws.   Assembly includes the mounting screws.  The Jackson Part number is 30-934.

Sargent 3828 Series Exit Device

The 3828 is a rugged exit device in a rim design. The 3828 Non Configured Rim Exit Device has 7 functions, 4 available trims and is easy to mix and match the device and trim. Aluminum finish only.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.

The Von Duprin 4954 7' 6" Steel Mullion  is the standard mullion used on most double doors with the Von Duprin Exit Devices.  Mullions are easily removed by loosening bottom set screw and removing top fitting cover.  The steel mullions are 2" wide and 3" deep, with an 1/8" thickness construction.  We ship the 7'6" mullion, if you need the 8'6" or 10'6", please call.  Package includes the 050390 and 050335 top and bottom brackets.

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.
