The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The International Door Closer Arm and Track 3020-VO is for offset top arm assemblies, with the track mortised in the top of the door.  This track and arm are for the 7/8" depth of top rail application.  Track measures 12-5/8" long by 1/2" high by 1-1/4" wide.  For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series concealed closers.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Von Duprin 55EO Rim Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and the 1409 Surface Strike.  The device is also non handed.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Panic Device

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. 4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

The H.B. Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

Cal Royal 7000 Alarmed Exit Device

Same as the Cal Royal 7700, but with these added features"

Alarm unit has internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. The key switch to turn alarm off is a standard 1 ¼” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with a switch that monitors push rail only. Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY • ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Von Duprin 050671 and 050814 solenoid have been discontinued.  All of our stock is gone.  Von Duprin has come out with a retrofit kit to update your E996 Lever to the M996 Lever. The kit changes out the solenoid for a mortorized version, more robust and uses less current. The newer version can be found by searching for M996.

This solenoid is used on the E996 Electrified Lever Trim.  The Solenoid body measures 1-3/8” x 9/16” diameter, mounting bracket has a 3/4” on center hole spacing.  The wiring harness has a two wire plug.  We some times fine the number 991342 on the solenoid.

The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware.  The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw.  The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish.  The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time

The Dark Bronze Cross Bars are a very dark bronze and will be closer to black.

Floor Door Stop-Security  FS18 is designed for areas of high vandalism.   The molded rubber is flame resistant and mounted to a 5/8" threaded mounting shaft.  Once the 7/8" diameter hole is drilled to a depth of 2-1/2" it can be grouted in concrete and leaves no exposed fasteners.  The recommended grout is Thorogrip.  They are ideal for jail or security cell areas.  There are two versions of this door stop one projects 1-1/2" (FS18S) out of the floor and the other 3" (FS18L).

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS544

The H.B. Ives FS544 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".
