The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Door Finger Protector - Exterior Pull Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the pull side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. They are made of a special rubber that is resistant to harsh sunlight. They will allow the door to swing up to 180 degrees. This product is available in Brown or White, 78" or 83" lenghts

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The Norton Door Closer 8501 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8501/8501BF 3501/3501BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8301 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The Burns Manufacturing 455 Adjustable Push/Push units consists of 2 454 push bars and and 1 453 pull bar. They are adustable up to 36". The tubes are 1 inch round and the bases are 2 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inch projection. The base metal is brass.

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

LCN Door Closer Spring Cush Hold Open Arm 3049SC

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

Finishes

The Door Pull Offset 3/4" Diameter #29 is constructed of either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum.   They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish.  These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch.  The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".

Aluminum Kick Plate with Diamond Plate Finish, .063 inch thick.  Same as our 1/8 inch thick plate, but 1/16 inch thick. Plates come with or without screws, the without will not be drilled.

The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.

The LCN Hold Open Arm Wrench T-1157 is used to adjust LCN Friction Hold Open Arms,  one side if for the 1-1/2" nut and the other is 1-3/16".  Friction Hold Open arm would be part number 3049, with the suffix being the closer model, like 4040-3049, ect..

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/2 clearance, 2-3/4 projection and has a 3-1/2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Clear Plastic Door Kick Plates are constructed of .125" thick acrylic.  We recommend screw mounting on these  plate, because you can see right through them, and would be able to see the Tape Mount or Glue.  We have the more common sizes listed, but If you need a custom size they run about $0.22 per square inch.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 18 threads per inch.

The Door Push Plate 62 is constructed of 16 guage (.050") thick aluminum, stainless steel, brass or bronze depending on your finish.  They measure 7-1/2" by 15" tall.  This plate is handed left and right, the one shown on the website is a Left Hand.  Plate comes with matching finish mounting screws.

Finishes

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance. One basic closer mechanism allows for single or double acting, center-hung, or offset applications and is non-handed. The adjustable spring power makes this closer suitable for aluminum, wood or steel doors.

The Door Push Plate 70 is our thickest plate we offer.  The plate is 1/8" thick, and is aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or bronze depending on the finish.  All 4 edges are beveled.  We offer this plate in many sizes, and it ships with matching mounting screws.

Finishes

The Gold Aluminum Door Kick Plate are constructed of .040" thick aluminum base material that is then anodized to a polished brass finish. These plates are a great alternative to the Solid Polished Brass and Lifetime Brass kick plates. The Von Duprin 090039 is used in the push bar assembly to return the latch. It is known as the Base Plate Latch Return Spring or Latch Return Spring. It is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices. The spring is 2-1/4 inch long with a 3/8 inch diameter.

The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch. 

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

LCN Drop Plate for Parallel Arm Mounting

The 18PA LCN Drop Plates are designed to lower the mounting holes on doors with glass at the top of the door. If your door has a narrow stile at the top of it surrounded by a metal frame, mount the door closer on this plate.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS452

The H.B. Ives FS452 is another classic kick down door stop.  It features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot, and is constructed of cast bronze or brass depending on the finish you are ordering.  A simple stainless steel spring clip holds the stop in the up position.  The non-marring rubber shoe is replaceable, and they have a corrugated bottom to prevent sliding on the floor and a secure grip.  This stop is shipped with matching finish sheet metal screws.   The 4" model is for door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 19/32" x 1-47/64".
