The Norton Traditional Door Closer 78 B/D is a door closer used in historic buildings.  This is a replica of the original cast iron door closer used from the 1920’s to 1960’s.  The new version is made of a cast aluminum alloy material, and should only be used when you are trying to keep historic designations.  The hole spacing on this closer is 1-3/8" x 4-1/4”.

The International Door Closer 521 Regular Arm Forearm measures 9-1/2" loop to loop in the shortest position, and 14" when it is the fully extended . The loop on the left side is 3/8" diameter. The hole spacing on the right hand side of the picture shoe is 1-3/4".

LCN 4630 Low Energy Door Closer

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

The International Door Closer 8051-TP Series is an ideal replacement closer for just about any Store Front Door. We recommend this closer because it will fit any size door, and you can adjust the spring tension to make it easier for the elderly, smaller children and the handicapped. The International Door Closer 854P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and whether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features two adjustment valves for closing and latching speeds.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.  If you have an exterior door I would recommend the 880 Series, which is the same door closer, but has a back check valve.  The back check valves will slow the door down if it is caught by a gust of wind.  It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 42” interior or 36” exterior doors.

The LCN Door Closer 4040SE Track Assy 4040SE-3038 replaces all Sentronic tracks for the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and 4040SE Closers. Track includes the roller, 4040SE-3034 and new mounting screws. The replacement track measures 21-3/4" on center for the mounting screws, which may be different then the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and older 4040SE Tracks.  The replacement track is the only way we know of to replace the solenoid.  Specify voltage, and color when ordering.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

Standard 4040 LCN series closer shipped with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  Non-sized cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”.  Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb, and parallel arm w/PA Shoe on either right or left swinging doors.  Closers to meet ADA requirements.

The International Door Closer Arm 3010-PT is for end loading top arm assembly (7/8" depth top rail). All screws included with package.  This arm is for center hung concealed closer applications.   For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series International Door Closers.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

It ships with arm, plastic cover, parallel arm bracket and all of the fasteners.  The hole spacing is 2-1/2" x 9"

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket is required if your are going to use a parallel arm mounting, which is when you have the closer mounted on the door, on the push side of the door.  Corbin Russwin part # 188F41-8.
