The Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting is the perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible. Conversely, when the door is in the closed position, the entire holder is completely concealed.

The 410 fits in a mortised channel on top of the door, if your doors are not mortised on the top of the door, you would have to mortise them out.  Replaces the older version GJ310, GJ320 and GJ330 series.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS544

The H.B. Ives FS544 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The LCN Door Closer 4021 FL is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. This closer is designed to hold open fire doors, when the fusible link melts, it releases the hold open arm, so the door will close.  Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. Door can be closed any time with a gentle pull.  Closer mounts top jamb (push side), specify right or left swinging door. 4021 cylinder meets ADA requirements. 

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. The Surface Mounted Glynn-Johnson 90 Series Overhead Door Holder are the most rugged models available for heavy-duty applications. The channel is surface-mounted to the door, most often with barrel nuts, and the jamb bracket is surface mounted to the jamb, requiring minimal door and frame preparation.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

The LCN Door Closer 1261 Series combines the best features from the previous 1070 and 1370 into a single versatile and economical cast iron closer, with Tri mounting capability. The 1261 is the door closer I would recommend if you are tired of replacing your store front door closers because of leakage.  The 1261 is the most heavy duty standard template closer that is made.  This door closer will work on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  The 1261 is adjustable spring sizes 1-5 and mounts to the most common commercial footprint. The Yale Door Closer 3501 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The full plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3501BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1153 is manufactured by H.B. Ives and features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  This was another one of the Glynn-Johnson door stops that was merged in the H.B. Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, Swing-Free arm, track, track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. See 4310ME Series pages 23 & 24 for options. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted with Swing-Free arm engaged. Handed for right or left swinging door. The Ives Wall Door Stop WS443 has been a staple of the Ives product line for at least the last 45 years.  The stop features cast brass construction and then plated the the desired finish, which makes it ideal for interior or exterior use.   The rubber tip is a non marring rubber, that can be replaced and we keep in stock.  The stop has a 2-1/4" base diameter and a 3-11/16" projection from the wall.  This product ships with an expansion shield and lead shield.

Floor Door Stop 524

The 524 Door Stop is one of the more interesting door stops we have.   They are constructed of cast brass that is then plated to your finish.  It measures 1-1/4" in diameter and is 1-1/2" tall.  One of the benefits of this door stop is there are no exposed screws.  The 524 ships with a 12-24 x 1" machine screw, a plastic anchor and a lead anchor.

The LCN 79 Door Closer Rod And Shoe  piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

The Falcon Automatic Opener 8231 is a smart and easy solution to improve accessibility and meet ADA Codes.  The 8231 is a non handed, surface mounted, 115 volt closer for a pull side mounting.   If your door is an outswinging door you would use the 8242.   This self contained package features, an on board power supply, LED light on the control box to signal accurate installation and helps with connection diagnostics.

The LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer is a heavy duty, non-handed, non-sized closer/holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.  The SE stands for Single Point Electronic, with this closer the hold open point can only be one point, so the closer has to be positioned on the door to get the proper hold open point.

This technology has been around since 1972, but back then you would order the 4110SE or 4010SE.  These were  application specific closers, so you had to specify the hand of the door, door size,  and the type of mounting.  If you do have an older version, the 4040SE will replace it.

The Ives Decorative Floor Stop FS410 is constructed of cast brass.   It measures 1-1/2" high with a 1-1/4" diameter.  Manufacture part FS410 x Finish.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).
