The Von Duprin 990DT Trim is known as a Dummy Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.  Order here for the 990DT-R&V.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 FL is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. This closer is designed to hold open fire doors, when the fusible link melts, it releases the hold open arm, so the door will close.  Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. The Sargent Parallel Arm Bracket 125-P is for use with the 25-O regular arm, to convert it to a parallel arm mount.   A parallel arm mount is when the door closer is mounted on the push side of the door and the arm is parallel to the door when in the closed position.

The Dor-o-Matic 2090 Backplate Assembly PB89 has been around since the early 1970's.  It is now called the Falcon 2090 Back Plate Sub Assembly, but it is the same thing, just different owners of the company.  This piece includes the plate casting, latch bolt, pinion gear, and retractor.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230NL Trim is for use with the 22 Rim and 2227 Surface Vertical Road devices.  The key locks and unlocks the panic bar. The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" high and has a plate thickness of 3/32".

The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

Von Duprin 050532 EL Dogging Rod 4'

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 4' designates the model it is used on. The 4' model is used on doors 48" down to 36". The Rod measures roughly 17" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices. Use part # G050531 if your door is equal or under 36".

The Von Duprin 970321 299 Strike Shim is for use with the Von Duprin 299 and Falcon FA299 strikes.   The plate measures 2-7/8 x 1-1/4" x 1-16" thick.   The product is sold individually.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The Dor-O-Matic STK170 are the strikes used on their RM170.  The are sold as a kit and include both plates, enough for one mullion.  They 2-7/8 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880NL Trim is for the 88 Series only.   The stanchions welded on the back of the plate line up with the88 device on the interior.  Optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the device, and can be used for dogging the door open.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long, with an 1-5/8" bore for cylinder.

With the Handicap Door Pull 18 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Shipped with screws. Also known as a Single Arm Pull, Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.  The handle is constructed of cast aluminum, or brass and then plated. The base plate measures 1-3/4" by 2-3/4", the handle projects our 3-1/2".  Ships with #6 by 5/8" matching finish sheet metal screws.

The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Strike PB48 is used on the Dor-o-Matic 1690, 1990 and 2390 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit and Panic Devices. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. No longer available, the only solution we have at this time is to upgrade to the HD-QEL Base Plate.

The Von Duprin Strike 385A is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. Von Duprin recommends this strike if you are mounting the bottom strike in wood.  The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor.  This is an optional strike when added security is needed.  Zinc plated finish.

The Corbin Russwin Regular Arm Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped by them for the past 40 years.  This replacement bracket will work on the older Corbin 100, 110, and 120's, and the Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820's.  Along with the DC3210 and DC6210 Door Closers.  This bracket is required if your are going to use a parallel arm mounting, which is when you have the closer mounted on the door, on the push side of the door.  Corbin Russwin part # 188F41-8.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210DT Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim is just a pull, but will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".
