The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap is the piece that fits on the end of the pushbar. The Endcap is 3-3/8" high by 1/4" thick, with an 1-7/8" projection. The Pushbar End Cap is constructed of die cast metal that is painted black.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.

Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The Jackson Panic Device Crossbar is for use on the 1085 and 1095 hardware.  The bar is 45" long and can be cut in the field with a chop saw or hack saw.  There is a groove the entire length of the bar for added and strength and for the thread forming screws to thread into.  The Jackson part number is 30-733-PKG, and it ships with the cross bar screws.

Cal Royal 7700 Rim Exit Device

For use in institutions, schools, universities, commercial buildings where heavy duty reliable operation is a requirement. ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 heavy duty exit device in surface vertical rod and rim designs. The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

Cal Royal 7000 Alarmed Exit Device

Same as the Cal Royal 7700, but with these added features"

Alarm unit has internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. The key switch to turn alarm off is a standard 1 ¼” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with a switch that monitors push rail only. Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY • ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Trip is for use on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 devices.  The 30-824 Trip Assembly mounts on the jamb stop and has a pin that sticks out of it (actually a threaded set screw).  The pin lines up with the release plate on the Top Bolt Guide Assembly, when the pin hits the top plate as the door closes, it releases the rods, so they can extend.
