Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The International Door Closer 526 Parallel Arm Bracket is one of two they offer.  This bracket us usually used with the Hold Open Arm 522, and is stronger than the 525 Parallel Arm bracket that ships with the closers.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-HCUSH is the 4040XP, eXtra Protection closer with the 4040XP-3049HCUSH Hold Open Arm.  You get the same performance of one of the most revered closers with the functionality of the CUSH hold open arm.   The cylinder features cast iron construction, forged steel arm, double heat treated steel pinion, non-handed, LCN® “Green Dial” spring force indicator, Peel-n-Stick templates, UL and cUL Listed, 3⁄4″ journal diameter pinion, full compliment bearing, and tested and certified under ANSI standard A156.4, Grade 1.  With this package you have the flexibility to mount the closer on a left, right, but it has to be mounted in the push side of the door is a parallel arm type application.

The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plates are the most cost effective, least expensive. The aluminum plates are 16 gauge, or .050″ thick and have a brushed or satin finish. They have an anodized finish to resist corrosion and we find these in many commercial buildings through out the United States.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The SEM-7800-825 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder is the door mounted piece for th LCN SEM7820-825 / SEM7830-825 / SEM7840-825 / SEM7870-825 series.  It features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". Von Duprin 8827-F Bottom Latch Kit 050463 is the Bottom Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.

The LCN Door Closer Cush-n-Stop Arm 3077CNS is a Non-handed parallel arm that features solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. LCN Part #'s: 1260-3077CNS, 1460-3077CNS, 4040-3077CNS, 4110-3077CNS.

The International Door Closer 1802-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 36” interior and is not recommended for exterior doors.

The LCN Door Closer Cover is the standard plastic cover that ships with LCN Door Closers.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape cover on the door closer cylinder.  The part number is the Series Number followed by -72.   So, the part number would be 1460-72, 4010-72, 4020-742, 4030-72, 4040-72 and 4110-72.   We have access to all the covers, if yours is not here call us and we will quote you a price.

The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The LCN Door Closer Spring cush Arm 3077SC is an optional arm offered by LCN.  The arm features a solid forged steel main arm and forearm with a spring loaded stop in the soffit shoe, which makes this arm ideal for abusive parallel arm applications.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The Von Duprin 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and all the necessary strikes.  The device is also non handed.

To order select Finish and Type of Door Construction.   For Metal Doors select Metal Door, for Wood Doors, make sure you select Wood Door, the Wood Door model has additional brackets for mounting.

The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The Full Mortise Regular Weight Hinge are for lighter weight interior doors without a door closer.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

The Clear Plastic Door Kick Plates are constructed of .125" thick acrylic.  We recommend screw mounting on these  plate, because you can see right through them, and would be able to see the Tape Mount or Glue.  We have the more common sizes listed, but If you need a custom size they run about $0.22 per square inch.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1690/1790 Hinge End Cap Kit PB314 includes both pieces and the mounting screws.  It is made of die cast metal that is powder coat painted to a black color.  This piece is mounted on the hinge side of the door.  Doromatic / Falcon part # ECAP.130 or PB314. The Door Push Plate 62 is constructed of 16 guage (.050") thick aluminum, stainless steel, brass or bronze depending on your finish.  They measure 7-1/2" by 15" tall.  This plate is handed left and right, the one shown on the website is a Left Hand.  Plate comes with matching finish mounting screws.

The SEM7830 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a die cast metal housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 4-1/8". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The International Door Closer 525 Parallel Bracket is the standard bracket shipped with most of there closers.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series.  They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width.  This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

The International 300 Series Adjustable Power Door Closer is one of there new closers to meet ADA requirements.  With this door closer you can adjust the spring tension, closing and latching speed, even after it was installed.  The Spring Power is adjustable all the way down to 8-1/2 pounds of resistance, making it ideal for areas with the elderly and children.

The Falcon TD35 Roller Strike is used with the Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1590, 1790, and 2090 panic device where you are trying to protect the frame when the door closes.   The strike has been manufactured since the 1970's.  This part is also known as a Kawneer 133479 strike.  The strike ships with mounting screws in a painted black finish.   This style of strike is also known as a Blade Strike.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-CUSH is the same cylinder as the 4040XP, but with a CUSH arm (4040XP-3077CNS).  This closer can only be mounted in the parallel arm configuration.  With this closer you get the XP heavy duty cylinder with the heavy duty CUSH arm.

The Anodized Black Aluminum Door Kick Plate 315AN are a flat black and match the black color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Black Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended.  Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick.  We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended.   You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Norton Door Closer 1601BF Barrier Free has been around for about 10 years. With the advent of aluminum framed glass doors, Norton was one of the first manufactures to come up with a narrow stile door closer. Because of this, it is still one of the most popular door closer models out there. It is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds. The Barrier Free version just means you can turn the spring tension down to a size 1 spring, which will meet the ADA codes (less than 5 pounds of resistance). The model we ship also has adjustable spring tension to work on a wider range of doors. The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”.
