The Door Pull 25 is made of 3/4" round stock in either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle has a 2-3/8" projection from the door, and 1-5/8" clearance from the door to the back of the handle.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000 is usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.  This handle projects 3-1/4", has a 2-1/4" door clearance, comes in 9", 10" and 12" centers.  One of the most popular handles we sell.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Door Handing:

The Cal Royal Products 300 Series Door Closer comes in two versions.   One version is the size 3 to 6 spring, which would be for larger exterior doors.  The 3 to 6 spring size is for doors 36" to 48" wide.  The second version is the size 1 to 4 spring size.  The 1 to 4 is considered a Barrier Free door closer, because the spring tension can be turned down to less than 8 pounds of resistance, making the door easy to open.  The 1 to 4 should be used on interior doors and smaller, less than 36" wide exterior doors.  This door closer is a standard template closer with a hole spacing of 3/4" x 9-1/16" center to center, which is what we find on many aluminum framed glass storefront doors.   This closer has a 5 year warranty and is considered a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. The Cal Royal Products 400 Series Door Closer is for lighter use interior doors.  This closer is considered a Grade 2, which means it is only rated for 1,000,000 cycles.  The 400 Series is a sized closer, meaning you can not adjust the spring tension, the spring size you select is what you get.  Also, make sure to note the hole spacing of the various sizes below.  These closers also offer adjustable closing and latching speeds.

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings and axle. The set measures 3-1/2" tall with an 1-3/8" projection. This hinge is usually used an an intermediate hinge in between the top and bottom hinge.

The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

Full Mortise Double Swinging Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The jamb flange is .100" thick, the door flange is .134" thick and the barrel diameter is 1.18".

The TH1100-HK1 is the perfect solution for existing hinges that have failed, and is a quick and easy fix for compromised door openings.  Deluxe Hinge Kit TH1100-HK1 comes in a package of two hinges, 2 1/4" shims, and 12 one-way mounting screws.   The hinges are non handed, will work on Flush, and 1/8" offset door applications, have a self lubricating pin that rotates on anti-friction bearings, and have a vertical adjustment screw.   They are constructed of an aluminum alloy.

Saddle Threshold 424 - 4" Wide By 1/2" High

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

Kawneer Style Intermediate TH1121 Hinge

Male mounting bracket measures 1-5/16” wide by 2-3/16” high, with a hole spacing of 13/16”.  Female mounting leaf measures 1-7/16” high by 1-9/16”, with a hole spacing of 3/4” center to center. These hinges are non handed.
