The International 8600 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.    

Von Duprin 9827/9927 surface mounted vertical rod device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. The Von Duprin 9827 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9927 device has a grooved case. The surface vertical rod device is non-handed.

The Glynn-Johnson 79 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted are constructed primarily of Brass and 300 series Stainless Steel substrates, with several components fabricated of Steel treated to resist corrosion. Models in the 70 series utilize a 1/2"-diameter stainless steel bar, while the 79 series uses a 3/4" stainless steel bar. The bar is always provided in US32D. The spring, washer and nut are provided in a clear zinc finish.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. In this series, our Global Door Closer TC201 is a multi-size spring model that offers adjustable power with a choice of range sizes 2-5 where high rates of closing force are required. Our TC201ADA model also offers adjustable spring power sizes 1-4 for use on interior doors requireing less than 5 lbs. of opening force and exterior doors requiring less than 8.5 lbs. This complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements. The Sargent 646 Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30 and 80 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware and Fire Rated Hardware.  It is used as a strike for the top latch. The strike measures 1-5/32" x 3-11/16"  with a 3/4" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy finish.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Glynn-Johnson 81 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted provide rugged, heavy-duty door control. The jointed-arm design provides the most effective stop mechanism available. The shock absorber bracket is surface mounted, usually with sex bolts. The jamb bracket is mounted to the stop of the frame, so a minimum of door and frame preparation is required.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

Floor Door Stop Dome 1-1/4" Height 523

This contemporary looking Dome Stop has been a hot selling in the last few years.  The stop is constructed of forged brass, that is then chrome plated and brushed to the satin finish.  At this time, only brushed or satin chrome is available.  The base is 1-11/16" wide by 4" long and 1-1/4" tall.  The base is 1/2" thick.  This door stop ships with wood and machine screws and all of the anchors.

Floor Door Stop-Security  FS18 is designed for areas of high vandalism.   The molded rubber is flame resistant and mounted to a 5/8" threaded mounting shaft.  Once the 7/8" diameter hole is drilled to a depth of 2-1/2" it can be grouted in concrete and leaves no exposed fasteners.  The recommended grout is Thorogrip.  They are ideal for jail or security cell areas.  There are two versions of this door stop one projects 1-1/2" (FS18S) out of the floor and the other 3" (FS18L).

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

The Detex 40 Series rim exit device is a supper heavy duty panic device for use on narrow stile doors. Device features an angled end cap to deflect damage away from the unit. This device is designed for years of trouble free service in high use, high abuse enviroments.

The Surface Mounted Glynn-Johnson 90 Series Overhead Door Holder are the most rugged models available for heavy-duty applications. The channel is surface-mounted to the door, most often with barrel nuts, and the jamb bracket is surface mounted to the jamb, requiring minimal door and frame preparation.

Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Full Mortise Heavy Duty Hinges are standard butt hinge.  They are designed for heavy weight doors with a high frequency of usage.  These are ideal for exterior doors in schools, hospitals and other commercial venues.  The hinge offers four bearings, one between each leaf of the knuckle.  They are constructed of 7 gauge (.180”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.
