Diamond Plate .125 Aluminum Door Kick Plate
The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum. They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish. These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long. Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch. The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.

Anodized Black Aluminum Door Kick Plate 315AN
The Anodized Black Aluminum Door Kick Plate 315AN are a flat black and match the black color we find on Storefront doors. These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Black Color. These plates relatively inexpensive. Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.
You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plate
Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plates are the most cost effective, least expensive. The aluminum plates are 16 gauge, or .050″ thick and have a brushed or satin finish. They have an anodized finish to resist corrosion and we find these in many commercial buildings through out the United States.
Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter 39
The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today. Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000. It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). C Shaped Offset Pull 1-1/4 Diameter Stock
The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13-1/4 inches overall length. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-3/4 inch projections. The handle is constructed on 1-1/4 inch diameter stock, the offset is 7-1/2 inches. The base is 1 inch round stock. The handle is furnished with 5/16-18 thru bolts and finish washers.

Corner Guards-Clear Plastic 313 - 2-1/2" X 2-1/2" X 48"
The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 313 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies in areas of lighter traffic. If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2-1/2" by 2-1/2"" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes. They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic. Screws are included for mounting.
