Dor-o-Matic 1990 Housing and 1090 2090 Inactive Housing DCX
The Dor-o-Matic 1990 Housing and 1090 2090 Inactive Housing DCX has been around since the early 1970's. Although it is now called a Falcon 1990, it is still the same device. This housing is also the inactive housing on the Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 1090 and 2090 panic hardware. The housing includes all of the interior springs, arm, and dogging screw. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide. The center to center distance of the mounting studs is 6-1/4".

Sargent 20/60 Plastic End Cap Only 68-0434
The Sargent 20/60 Plastic End Cap Only 68-0434 will also work on the 30 Series Panic Hardware. The cap has been manufactured for the last 40 years and is made of high impact plastic. The end cap measures 1-5/8" wide by 2-3/8" tall and projects out 2-3/4".

Monarch Dor-O-Matic Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package
The Monarch / Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package converts the 179L , 712L, 712K, 912l and 911K to an NL function. The NL function is one were the Lever Handle can not be unlocked and left in the unlocked position when the key is removed. Spring has a 5/8" diameter. See attached instructions.

Detex D Lever Trim for 10 Series
The Detex D Lever Trim is used on the 10, 20, 21 and 27 Series exit devices. The D Lever is designed to be as heavy duty as their exit devices. It features a break-away lever to prevent damage. The escutcheon measures 2-3/4 x 9-1/16 inches, with a plate thickness of 7/8 inch. We ship the classroom function, which locks and unlocks the lever.

Adams Rite P8800 Pullman Rim Exit Device
The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular. Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

Von Duprin 154 Mullion Stabilizer Package
The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release. We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens. The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Cal Royal Escutcheon 4400 Lever Trim is non handed (easily field reversible), thru-bolted, rigid non clutch lever for the 4400 Rim Device. The key locks or unlocks the lever. The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4 by 8-1/2 inches, the lever length is 4-3/4 inches. Ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway Rim Cylinder.

The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”. Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The 6112 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 9” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-3/4” backbone depth. The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FA 310-4. Other voltages and replacement parts are available.
