Panic Hardware

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The Jackson 1095 Panic Hardware was one of the first devices universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware. Made of high tensile strength aluminum.  It ships complete with both housings, crossbar, all the fasteners, and the strike.  Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.

This device is designed with simplicity in mind, yet it will provide many years of smooth, reliable operation. Available in both a Rim and Concealed Vertical Rod version, this device is suitable for use with 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum, wood, or hollow metal doors. The device is shipped to fit up to 84" (2.13 m) tall door. Extensions for taller doors are available. The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The Jackson 1085 30-1242 / 30-1243 Lever Arms are for use with the Jackson 1085 Housings, both sides.  And the Jackson 1095 Inactive (hinge side) Housings.  To determine hand, stand inside and look out the door, what is side is the arm on?  If it is on the Right then order Right.

International 5510S Rim Device-Light Duty

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

The International 8600 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.    

International 89L Escutcheon Trim

Clutched lever trim for use with the 8000 Series International Door Closer Exit Devices. Escutcheon measures 8-27/32" high by 2-15/16" wide by 15/16" thick. Trim is non handed and easily converted in the field. We offer 3 functions, Classroom, Passage and Storeroom.

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Units ordered in a 630 finish are stainless steel. All other finishes have a black stainless steel spacer. Additional black spacer plates can be ordered as an accessory.

The HES 5000 Electric Strike Package is a compact, high performance electric strike designed for low profile openings where there is limited space behind the jamb. Its strength is derived from a unique keeper pin locking design, enabling the 5000 to exceed the ratings of the frame, door and locking hardware. This field selectable fail secure/fail safe unit is easy to install and accommodates latch bolts up to 5/8" throw.

The Falcon SWITCH.1006 Request to Exit is for use on the Falcon and Dor-O-Matic 1690, 1790 and 2390 devices, produced after June 2002.  The Request to Exit Switch allows you to cut the current to various devices when the push bar in depressed.

Installation Instructions

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

The Dor-O-Matic STK170 are the strikes used on their RM170.  The are sold as a kit and include both plates, enough for one mullion.  They 2-7/8 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.

The Falcon 1590 Retractor RTR10 is one of the components you need to convert a Exit Only device to a NL or HB device.  The RTR10 along with the 159CA-NL or 159CA-HB is all you need, along with a Key Cylinder.

The Falcon Monarch 19-V Rod Guide 650386 is mounted on the door with two screws and holds the vertical rods in alignment.  The guide is constructed of black plastic and comes with the mounting screws.

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Falcon F570 Strike

The Falcon F570 Strike for 19-R and XX-R Devices is used on the Fire and Non Fire Rated Devices.  This is the same strike that was used on the Monarch XX-R, 19-R, 17-R and 18-R devices.

Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Falcon Doromatic Latch Screw PB17 is also known as the SCREW.1029 and the GPB17.  The screw is a 10-32-1/4" with an undercut head.  This screw is used to hold the top and bottom latches on the door for the 1690 and 1990 series devices.

The Falcon Dor-O-Matic 1690 Auxiliary Package PKG.150 is one of the installation packages shipped with new devices.   The kit includes the Rod Bearing Bushings (G199003), Traveler Lift Bracket, Retaining Rings (G199004) and 5/32" Dog Key (88R60).

Falcon Dor-o-Matic 1590 Latch Bolt Assembly 4270107603

Replacement Latch Bolt Assembly for the Falcon Dor-o-matic 1590.   In the old days you could just replace the PB355 (SPRING.127) spring, but as of November 2015 you have to replace the complete latch head assembly.

Falcon 650389 19-24-25-XX Top Latch

Falcon 650389 17V-18V-19V-24V-25V-XXV Top Latch for non Fire Rated Doors.  This latch has a long history, the old number is 588, and the new number is 650389.  A non Fire Rated door is usually an exterior door, or a door that is not designed to contain the spread of fire.
