Falcon 650387 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly
The Falcon Monarch Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly 650387 is used the 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and the XX-V Bottom Rod. The Guide Assembly measures 1-7/8" tall by 1" wide and projects 1-9/16" at the widest projection. The Bottom Bolt Guide is made of zinc plated steel.

Falcon 650375 F-19-V/F24-V/F25-V/FXX-V Fire Rated Top Latch
The Falcon/Monarch Fire Rated Top Latch is used on the F-19-V, F-24-V, F-25-V, F-18-V and F-XX-V Surface Vertical Rods. The new number from Falcon is 650375, the old Monarch Number was F588. This latch is used on the above devices that are Fire Rated, meaning you can not dog these device in the Unlock Position. If your device has the ability to be dogged open, then use the G588 Non Fire Rated Version

Falcon 650233 24-R Center Case
Falcon 650233 / 650234 24-R Center Case
Replacement Center Case for the Monarch-Falcon 24-R Narrow Stile Rim Device. This Center Case is for use on both the Fire Rated and Non Fire Rated devices. This was changed in the summer of 2018. The 650233 has been replaced by the 650234, which was the Fire Rated version part number.

Falcon 600293 E Trim Solenoid PKG
The Falcon 600293 E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the 25 Series Electrified Lever Trim. The unit can be used for Fail Safe or Fail Secure applications, depending on how the unit is installed. The piece measures 3/4" diameter by 1-1/2" long, with a 3/4" hole spacing. We sometimes find the numbers 661375-00 and 610306-00 on a stick on this piece. The package ships with two mounting screws. This unit is called the FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit on their parts breakdowns and in their price book. The Falcon/Monarch part number is 600293.

Falcon 299 Strike
Falcon 299 Strike
The Falcon 299 Strike is used on the 25-R and 24-R Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". This strike is the same as the Von Duprin 299 Strike.

Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Panic Device
Falcon 25-V Vertical Rod Panic Device
The Monarch Falcon 25-V is designed for high-traffic applications were added strength and durability are required. The device includes all strikes and mounting screws required for installation. Available in 3' and 4' devices, the 3' device is for doors 30" to 36", the 4' device is for doors that are 37" up to 48" wide. The vertical rods furnished with this device are for doors up to 7' tall, if your doors are taller, please contact us.

Falcon 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit
The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock. All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder. Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection. We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam. The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

Falcon / Monarch 712L Lever Trim
The Falcon 712L Lever Trim is used for the XX-C, 18-C, and all 24 Series Falcon Devices. The XX-C and 18-C are the obsolete concealed vertical rod Monarch Exit Devices. The Trim is non handed or field reversible. The Key locks or unlocks the Lever. The escutcheon measures 1-3/4" wide and 7-1/4" long.

We only recommend this device when you have an existing 2390, that your want to control access to with either a card reader or inside button. Easier rod adjustment simplifies installation. This device is for replacement of older worn out Falcon / Dor-o-Matic 2390's. Doromatic TD35 Roller Strike
The Falcon TD35 Roller Strike is used with the Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1590, 1790, and 2090 panic device where you are trying to protect the frame when the door closes. The strike has been manufactured since the 1970's. This part is also known as a Kawneer 133479 strike. The strike ships with mounting screws in a painted black finish. This style of strike is also known as a Blade Strike.

Doromatic Old Style 990/1090/1990/2090 Spring
Dor-o-Matic Old Style lever arm spring. This spring pulls the cross bar back to the closed postion. The tension spring measures 1-1/4" long by 1/4" diameter. This product is no longer made, so we ship a New Style Spring (Spring.103) and a Spring Retainer (SD45)

Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case
The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware. This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece. Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.
