Dorma 9400 Rod Guide and Screw Package, featuring two rod guides in the Stainless Steel finish.

This package connects to the rods on the Dorma 9400 Surface Vertical Rod Devices. Plate measures 3/4 x 1/2 inch, finger sticks up 3/4 of an inch. Package includes 2 plates and 2 screws.

On this Adams Rite End Cap we sometimes find the number HX0471 cast into the Black Plastic construction.  It measures 2-3/8" high by 1" deep, with a projection of 1-1/4". It is used on the 8099, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.

The Cal Royal 938 Surface Strike is used on the 6600, 7700 and 5000 Series Rim Devices.  The strike includes all the mounting screws.

The Dorma Surface Vertical Rod Top Strike 426 is used on the 8400, 8400F, 9400 and 9400F devices. Shims and mounting screws included.

The Cal-Royal 221 Bottom Strike is used on the 2000, 5000, 7000 and 9000 Panic Bars with Surface Vertical Rods. Strike measures 2-7/16 inches long with a 5/16 inch projection.  The hole spacing is 1-7/8 inches.

The Cal-Royal 2000 and 9000 Dogging Assembly is used on the 2200 and 9800 Series Exit Devices which include the 2200, 2260, 9800 and 9860.  The assembly uses a 7/32 inch dog key.

Adams Rite Old Style Dogging Pin 24-0730

This Adams Rite part is a replacement for worn or stripped dogging pins. The pin has a 1/8" allen head hex.

The Cal Royal 7700 is for use on the 7700 Series Exit Devices. Kit features a new dogging shaft and 7/32 inch dog key.

Adams Rite 22-0430-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 3/8".

Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2".   Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.

The Panic Hex Key 1/8" is used on the new Adams Rite, Cal Royal, Jackson and many of the imported panic hardware like International Door Closer.  The key measures 1/8" by 1-13/16" long.  They are also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.

The Detex EAX-300W Series is designed for applications where doors may be used for egress or ingress, but may not be held or propped open. Door open times from 1 second to 4 minutes (15 second default) are field selectable. The Adams Rite Panic Device Dog Key is used on there older models.   The key is made of high density plastic, and is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.  Adams Rite part # 25-0480.

Yale 1500 60-1500-1184 Dogging Shaft

Used on the Yale 1500 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices.   This is the peice that the Dogging Key goes in to actuate the Dogging Piece.   The Dogging Shaft measures 1-3/8" long and approximately 5/16" diameter.  The hex is 5/32"

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050400.  This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. The guide keeps the rods from bowing or getting bent by hand carts, or rowdy patrons.  Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.

The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574 is the replacement rod for broken or bent vertical rods.  All of the 9927 bottom rods are the same length, this is set by Federal Building Codes, so the center line of the Panic Hardware is a certain height from the finished floor. The length of the rod is 31-1/4" long, less the fittings.  The old part number on this was 110574, and the newer one is 050514.
