The Dor-O-Matic STK170 are the strikes used on their RM170.  The are sold as a kit and include both plates, enough for one mullion.  They 2-7/8 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.

The Falcon Dor-O-Matic RM70 Mullion Bracket Kit includes the top and bottom brackets and all of the mounting screws.

New for 2024 the Falcon MEL 47867200 Mechanical Latch Retraction. Retrofits all 1690, 1790, 24 and 25 Series devices to Mechanical Latch Retraction. This new system uses the PS902 Power Supply.  The benefits for the MEL Series over the Older EL series are lower power draw (1 amp verse 16 amp), and more flexible power supply location, longer wire runs and thinner guage wires.

Effective December 20, 2024 Falcon Doromatic has discontinued this exit device.  They are currently working on retro-fit plates to make transitioning to 1790EO more easily.

The Doromatic 1590 is our heaviest device and offers a clean appearance with pushpad styling and a variety of practical features. The Doromatic 1590 is built with rugged steel operating mechanisms, and durable aluminum push bars and end caps.

The Falcon 1590 Retractor RTR10 is one of the components you need to convert a Exit Only device to a NL or HB device.  The RTR10 along with the 159CA-NL or 159CA-HB is all you need, along with a Key Cylinder.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

No longer manufactured.  We do have some of the PB115, which is the die cast disc that has the receiver for the rim cylinder and the plastic nub.

Doromatic EL1490 Lift Bracket

As known as a Falcon EL1490 Lift Bracket. This bracket connects the exit device to the rods. The bracket measures 7-1/4" long by 1" wide.

The Dor-O-Matic 2090 Panic Device has been around since the early 1970's.   Even though it is now called the Falcon 2090 Panic Hardware, it is the same exact device.  The 2090 provides balanced appearance, dependable performance and economical pricing, making it a popular choice where rim exit devices are required.  The package includes both housings, 41" crossbar (that can be cut in the field), mounting screws and strike.

The Doromatic/Falcon 1990 Concealed Vertical Rod Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. The 1690NL Cylinder Assembly (169CA) is required if you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, SEE RELATED PRODUCTS toward the bottom of the page.

The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

Dor-o-Matic Old Style lever arm spring. This spring pulls the cross bar back to the closed postion. The tension spring measures 1-1/4" long by 1/4" diameter. This product is no longer made, so we ship a New Style Spring (Spring.103)  and a Spring Retainer (SD45)

Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Falcon Dor-O-Matic 1690 Auxiliary Package PKG.150 is one of the installation packages shipped with new devices.   The kit includes the Rod Bearing Bushings (G199003), Traveler Lift Bracket, Retaining Rings (G199004) and 5/32" Dog Key (88R60).

The Doromatic 2390 Anchor Block Assembly is used to connect the push bar to the device channel.

The Falcon Doromatic Latch Screw PB17 is also known as the SCREW.1029 and the GPB17.  The screw is a 10-32-1/4" with an undercut head.  This screw is used to hold the top and bottom latches on the door for the 1690 and 1990 series devices.

The Dor-o-matic 1390 Spring PB43 is also known as Part # 4270106635.   This spring was used on the obsolete 1390 exit device to push out the touch pad.  Spring measures 15/16" long by 5/16" by 3/8".
