The Norton 7700SLD Slider for replacement of the 7700PT Series Power Track Closers.  This is the piece that slides in the track and the arm attaches to.  The unit measures 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" thick, not including the metal clip on the back.

The Norton / Yale Door Closer 7701-3 Hold Open Arm is the standard hold open arm shipped with Norton and Yale Door Closers.   It is known as a Friction Hold Open, because as the arm rotates it tightens down two plates together.   Adjusting the large hex bolt on the Hold Open Assembly determines where the arm will hold open.  This part has had a couple of numbers over the years 7701-3, 1620-3 for Norton and 400-3 for Yale.

The Von Duprin 2227 Panic Only surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Closer mounts hinge side, top jamb and parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors.  The narrow foot print allows this door closer to be mounted on the top jamb and narrow stile doors without a drop plate.

The Sargent 646 Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30 and 80 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware and Fire Rated Hardware.  It is used as a strike for the top latch. The strike measures 1-5/32" x 3-11/16"  with a 3/4" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy finish.

International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The Adams Rite 41-0131-119 Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the Latching Side of the device. It is used on the P8700 and P8800 Narrow Stile Pullman Exit Device.

The SEM-7800-825 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder is the door mounted piece for th LCN SEM7820-825 / SEM7830-825 / SEM7840-825 / SEM7870-825 series.  It features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The Von Duprin 110388-00 6 Foot EL Cable Assembly connects directly into your power source and the Potted Circuit Breaker 050534. This 6 foot Cable Assembly is used on Von Duprin and Falcon Exit Devices that have the Electric Latch Retraction.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 8827 Bottom Latch Case 050461 is used on all Von Duprin 8827 non fire rated exits.  A non fire rated device is one that has to positively latch every time it closes, you can usually tell, because a non fire rated device has the hex key dogging.  Included mounting screws.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made. If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 EDA model, which is a non hold open arm, on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

The Dorma Rim Device Strike 463 is used on the 8300, 8300F, 9300 and 9300F exit devices. Mounting screws included.

The Jackson Panic Device 1095 Standard Strike is a strike they have been using for the past 20 years.  You might have one of the older roller strikes, but this will work in its place.  The older style roller strike is no longer available.  Jackson Exit Device part # 30-2436.

The Von Duprin 4954 7' 6" Steel Mullion  is the standard mullion used on most double doors with the Von Duprin Exit Devices.  Mullions are easily removed by loosening bottom set screw and removing top fitting cover.  The steel mullions are 2" wide and 3" deep, with an 1/8" thickness construction.  We ship the 7'6" mullion, if you need the 8'6" or 10'6", please call.  Package includes the 050390 and 050335 top and bottom brackets.
