This CRL Jackson® Exit Deviceblends the reliability of the time-proven 10 Series Crossbar Device with the sleek, contemporary style of today's modern push-pad exit device. The Heavy Duty Cal Royal CRCODE101 is for use on the 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rods. This lock features Single Code with up to 8000 code combinations, weather resistant, non handed, and code can be changed without removing the lock. Comes in Brushed Chrome finish only.

Installation and Programming Instructions

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series.  They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width.  This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

The Sargent Parallel Arm Bracket 125-P is for use with the 25-O regular arm, to convert it to a parallel arm mount.   A parallel arm mount is when the door closer is mounted on the push side of the door and the arm is parallel to the door when in the closed position.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

The Sargent 20/30/60  End Cap Bracket is used with the larger end cap.  This end cap has been manufactured for the last 40 years and started its life on the obsolete 60 Series.  The bracket holds the hinge side of the exit device on the door, and the G20300C fits over the top of it.

The Jackson 20368 is used with the 20330 Door Closer offset arms. Track measures 25/32 inches tall by 29/32 inches wide and 14 inches long.

The Panic Hex Key 1/8" is used on the new Adams Rite, Cal Royal, Jackson and many of the imported panic hardware like International Door Closer.  The key measures 1/8" by 1-13/16" long.  They are also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.

LCN SEM7850-515 Magnet Hardware Package is used to mount the Armature or the Door Mounted part of the Magnetic Door Holders.   If you are currently using LCN door holders, you will not need to purchase this.   However, if you are using another brand and they have gone missing, you will need to purchase this component.

The Falcon Doromatic Latch Screw PB17 is also known as the SCREW.1029 and the GPB17.  The screw is a 10-32-1/4" with an undercut head.  This screw is used to hold the top and bottom latches on the door for the 1690 and 1990 series devices.

The Von Duprin 499F is used on the 22, 98 and 99 Series Fire Rated Rim Devices when used with the 9954 Mullion.  A Fire Rated Device is one that does not have a dogging pin or screw to lock the door in the open position.

The Sargent Regular Arm 25-O is now used on all of there commercial grade closers.   This is the standard arm shipped with about 90 percent of there closers.  This arm is for use with the 350, 1430, and 281 closers, and will work on the 1230 and 1250 models also.

The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Latch 050090 replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050401. Mounting screws and bracket are included.

The Door Pull Handle 11  has 8" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 9-1/4". The projection is 2-1/8" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a 8" Center Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle is shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Von Duprin 88 Panic Device has been around since the 1950's, and is probably the device that put Von Duprin on the Map.  It is designed for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  It is field reversible, and ships with a 42" cross bar that can be cut down in the field.  The device is dogged down with a 5/32" hex key, and ships with all mounting screws and the 299 strike.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4-3/4" (121mm). The Von Duprin 9875 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9975 device has a grooved case. The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

The International FG-1200 Flushbolt Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

The Door Pull Handle 15 features 7-1/2" centers on the mounting screws. With 2" diameter bases. The Grip has a 2-1/4" projection with a 1-5/8" clearance. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Corbin Russwin 677F02-9 Plastic Lever Spacer Ring has an outside diameter of .780 inches and an inside diameter of .730 inches.  The height is .345 of an inch, the flaired collar has an outside diameter of 1 inch. This bushing is used on the 900 Series Lever Trim on the ED4000 and ED5000 Series.
