The Falcon OHC100 and OHC101 Door Closer Body Only are designed for a wide variety of Doors.   The OHC100 is for use on larger exterior doors and has spring size adjustments of 3-5.   The OHC101 is designed for smaller or interior vestibule doors, with an adjustable spring size of 1-3.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. The Full Mortise Medium Duty Hinge are a standard butt hinge.  They are designed for medium weight doors with a high frequency of usage, but usually interior doors with a door closer.  The hinge offers two bearings, to provide easy rotation.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

One inch diameter solid push bar, 2-1/4 inch projection with 1-1/4 inch clearance and 33-1/16 inch centers.  One side is thru bolted the other is mounted on a surface mounted stud.

The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13 inches overall lenght. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-1/2 inch projections. The handle is constructed on 1 inch diameter stock, the offset is 7 inches. The base is 7/8 inch round stock. The handle is furnished with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

The Dorma RTS88 Door Closer is an overhead concealed closer for both single and double-acting doors.  It is one of the more popular overhead concealed closers on the market today.  The RTS88 will consist of a steel cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.  Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4" headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º, trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The SEM7840-516 LCN Magnet Core Assembly is just the Tri Voltage Magnet Core. 35 pounds of holding force at nominal input voltage. Maximum current draw is .020 A @ 24 volt and 120 volt, and .030 A @ 12VDC. Cylinder is 1-3/4" diameter and projects out 7/8" out from the mounting plate.

The Glynn-Johnson 410 Series Overhead Door Holder/Stop Concealed Mounting is the perfect combination of form and function, Glynn-Johnson 410 series holders and stops offer effective door control and a low-profile design. Each model is constructed so that the channel is encased in the door and the jamb bracket is mortised in the frame. When the door is open, the arm and jamb bracket are visible. Conversely, when the door is in the closed position, the entire holder is completely concealed.

The 410 fits in a mortised channel on top of the door, if your doors are not mortised on the top of the door, you would have to mortise them out.  Replaces the older version GJ310, GJ320 and GJ330 series.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC81 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 12”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 8301, 8501 and the Yale 3301, 3501 Door Closers.  We ship the SC81 Rw/PA.

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.
