The Norton 7700SLD Slider for replacement of the 7700PT Series Power Track Closers.  This is the piece that slides in the track and the arm attaches to.  The unit measures 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" thick, not including the metal clip on the back.

The LCN Fusible Link melts at 165 degrees to release the hold open mechanism.   Link measures 1-3/8 long by a 1/2" wide, the center to center distance on the holes is 15/16".

Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam

The Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam is the Cam that the key cylinder actuates to open the door.   The Cam is located in the middle of the Center Case.  We can no longer get the retaining ring to hold it in place.

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The Corbin Russwin 651F61 Red Lever Spring is the same part as the Yale Lever Trim Spring. Used on Yale and Corbin Russwin LHR or RH Doors on there outside trim Lever Handles. The spring has an 1-1/4" OD and 1-1/8" ID.

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Detex V40xNS is designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a stile width of at least 2". The 36 inch is 34-7/8 inches wide overall, and the 48 inch device is 46-7/8 overall.

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Trip is for use on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 devices.  The 30-824 Trip Assembly mounts on the jamb stop and has a pin that sticks out of it (actually a threaded set screw).  The pin lines up with the release plate on the Top Bolt Guide Assembly, when the pin hits the top plate as the door closes, it releases the rods, so they can extend.

The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. The SEM7830-516 LCN Magnet Core Assembly is just the Tri Voltage Magnet Core. This core is used on the Floor Mounted SEM7830.  It has 35 pounds of holding force at nominal input voltage. Maximum current draw is .020 A @ 24 volt and 120 volt, and .030 A @ 12VDC.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

The Von Duprin 050190 Bottom Fitting is for the 5654 / 5754 Mullions.  The package includes the bottom fitting and all of the fasteners.  The Fitting measures approximately 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-7/8"

The Detex ECL-230D-PH Alarmed Exit Device is a battery operated, rugged deadbolt panic device, and is UL-Listed Panic Hardware for 36" to 48" doors. The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force, and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm. Rim Cylinder is not included.
