Von Duprin 9827/9927 surface mounted vertical rod device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. The Von Duprin 9827 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9927 device has a grooved case. The Polished Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate is 16 gauge, or .050″ thick. Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We often have people looking for Brushed Chrome or Polished Chrome, but the appearance of the two finishes next to each other is very difficult to tell which is which. Also a brushed chrome or polished chrome kick plate would be a brass plate which is then chrome plated and brushed or polished depending on the plate. Brass is a soft metal that dents easily, and also does not offer the corrosion resistance that stainless steel does. Since stainless steel is stable in any environment, they do not have to clear coat the plate.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws.  The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Floor Door Stop 524

The 524 Door Stop is one of the more interesting door stops we have.   They are constructed of cast brass that is then plated to your finish.  It measures 1-1/4" in diameter and is 1-1/2" tall.  One of the benefits of this door stop is there are no exposed screws.  The 524 ships with a 12-24 x 1" machine screw, a plastic anchor and a lead anchor.

Von Duprin 33A Exit Device Only

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS40 is a door holder that has some history.  We see this product in many schools, hospitals and churches that were built in the 50's, 60's and 70's.   The WS40 was originally made and designed by Glynn-Johnson out of Chicago, Illinois, and was called the W40 or GJW40.   H.B. Ives purchased Glynn-Johnson in 1990's and mergered this product into there offering, and changed the part # to WS40.  The holder is made of cast brass or bronze and plated to your desired finish.  The holding mechanism has a rubber bumper inside it to act as a door stop, and a brass spring loaded roller to act as a holder.   The product ships with a universal screw package to mount on all types of walls.   For the best results with this stop/holder the door and wall should be about 3-1/2" apart in the open position.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

The BB83 Full Surface 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge.  The hinge fastens to the face of the door and the face or the door frame.  These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish.  We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

The Von Duprin 2227 Rod Guides Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 2227's, and replaces the older style that featured the plastic cap and the springs.  This device is used to add strength and rigidity to the top and bottom rods on there surface vertical rod.

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

The LCN Door Closer 62PA Parallel Arm Shoe is constructed of steel and then powder coated to your color.  This is the shoe that LCN used on there universal door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. This is the bracket that is shipped with the Rw/PA and Hw/PA arms.  A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

The LCN Hold Open Arm Wrench T-1157 is used to adjust LCN Friction Hold Open Arms,  one side if for the 1-1/2" nut and the other is 1-3/16".  Friction Hold Open arm would be part number 3049, with the suffix being the closer model, like 4040-3049, ect..

The Wall Door Holder/Stop 531 features cast brass or bronze finish which is then plated to the desired finish.  This is considered a manually operated door holder, because it does not latch automatically.  It features a 2-1/2" base with 3-5/8" projection, and ships complete with all of the needed fasteners.

The Door Pull Handle 16 has an overall length of 7-1/2". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Constructed of cast aluminum or cast brass and plated to the desired finish.  The overall length is 8-3/4", the bases are 1-1/2" x 1-5/8", and it projects 3-1/4".   Shipped with screws. The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.
