With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. The Von Duprin 55 Rim Latch Bolt Spring 967502 is only used on the 55 Rim Panic Hardware.  This spring just keeps pressure on the latch bolt, it does not lift the arm.  If your arm is sagging, they you need to tighten the crossbar wedge tite screws and check and make sure the 55R200 55 Hinge Case Spring is not broken.  It measures 1-1/2" long by 3/8" diameter.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

The Ives Surface Bolt 8" SB453 has a 1-3/16" throw.  The bar has a cross section measurement of 3/4" wide by 1/4" thick.  It features a strong tension springs to prevent the bolt from creeping.  The bolt is shipped with all of the fasteners and a universal top and a standard mortise strike.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel that is then cadmium plated.

The Falcon 650388 Latch Cover is for use on the Monarch and Falcon 19-V Series.  The latch is made of high impact black plastic and ships with the mounting screws.  The manufactures part number is 650388, the old Monarch part number was 3781.

The 590 is made of solid brass and ships with matching screws.  The faceplate measures 1 x 6-3/4 inches, the strike is 15/16 x 2-1/4 inches and comes standard with a 12 inch rod.  The mountng screws are 1 x 6-1/4 inches on centers.

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Guide Assembly is used on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 hardware.  The piece works by sliding over the top rod when the device is opened. This keeps the rods retracted until the Plunger hits the Trip Assembly when it is closing.  Upon hitting the Trip Assy, the plate slides over and the rods retract.  It measures 1-1/2” deep x 1-1/16” wide x  15/16” tall, with a hole spacing of 3/4" on the mounting screws.   Assembly includes the mounting screws.  The Jackson Part number is 30-934.

The base plate measures 1-3/4" by 2-3/4", the handle projects our 3-1/2".  Ships with #6 by 5/8" matching finish sheet metal screws.

The Door Pull Handle 11  has 8" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 9-1/4". The projection is 2-1/8" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a 8" Center Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle is shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The Door Pull Handle 10 has 5-1/2" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 6-1/4". The projection is 2" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.
