The Von Duprin 55 Dog Screw-090053 is the newer version, meaning less then 25 years old.  It measures 3/8" diameter by 1/2" long with 14 threads per inch.  They did have an old style that was available up to a few years ago that had 15 threads per inch.  If you have any old style I would recommend the D100 Panic Bar Retainer.

The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.

The Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This arm is used on aluminum framed glass storefront doors. The arm is 10-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide.  The spindle lug 1" thick.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

The Dorma 8832 Top Arm with Channel for RTS88 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   We usually find this arm on wood doors.  This arm is 10-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide at the widest point, and is 5/8" thick.  It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm 20-1134LC is the arm and track assembly for the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long with .919" offset, and the track measures 1/2" thick by 12-7/8" long by 1-9/32" wide.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining ring.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME

The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Von Duprin 88 Panic Device has been around since the 1950's, and is probably the device that put Von Duprin on the Map.  It is designed for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  It is field reversible, and ships with a 42" cross bar that can be cut down in the field.  The device is dogged down with a 5/32" hex key, and ships with all mounting screws and the 299 strike.

The Von Duprin HD-QEL Baseplate conversion is used to convert the older 33A/35A/98 and 99 HD-EL models to the newer motor driven devices. The HD-QEL is a Hex Key Dogging QEL Model. The QEL is a quiet motor driven solution.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit 050465 the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

The Norton 7700SLD Slider for replacement of the 7700PT Series Power Track Closers.  This is the piece that slides in the track and the arm attaches to.  The unit measures 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide and 5/8" thick, not including the metal clip on the back.

The Norton Door Closer 8301 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8301/8301BF 3301/3301BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8501 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880NL Trim is for the 88 Series only.   The stanchions welded on the back of the plate line up with the88 device on the interior.  Optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the device, and can be used for dogging the door open.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long, with an 1-5/8" bore for cylinder.

The Von Duprin 499F is used on the 22, 98 and 99 Series Fire Rated Rim Devices when used with the 9954 Mullion.  A Fire Rated Device is one that does not have a dogging pin or screw to lock the door in the open position.

The International Door Closer 1803BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 42” interior or 36” exterior doors.
