The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware. The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar. Full Mortise Spring Hinge
The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States. They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes. An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened. So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges. One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut. We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break. The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame. The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard. The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device. The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches. The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.
