Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

The 538 Automatic Door Holder is constructed of cast brass, and then chrome plated. The wall mounted strike has a pivoting head to adjust to different angles. The Holder/Stop measures 3-11/16 x 3 inch base, the stop projects out 1-15/16, and the strike projects out 3-1/4 inches. Holder/Stop ships with fasteners.

Only available in Brushed Chrome Finish.

The Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1690/1790 Hinge End Cap Kit PB314 includes both pieces and the mounting screws.  It is made of die cast metal that is powder coat painted to a black color.  This piece is mounted on the hinge side of the door.  Doromatic / Falcon part # ECAP.130 or PB314. The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The Falcon TD35 Roller Strike is used with the Dor-o-Matic Falcon 1590, 1790, and 2090 panic device where you are trying to protect the frame when the door closes.   The strike has been manufactured since the 1970's.  This part is also known as a Kawneer 133479 strike.  The strike ships with mounting screws in a painted black finish.   This style of strike is also known as a Blade Strike.

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

Effective December 20, 2024 the 2390 has been discontinued.  Falcon Doromatic is working on retro-fit plates to work with the 1690.

The Polished Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate is 16 gauge, or .050″ thick. Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We often have people looking for Brushed Chrome or Polished Chrome, but the appearance of the two finishes next to each other is very difficult to tell which is which. Also a brushed chrome or polished chrome kick plate would be a brass plate which is then chrome plated and brushed or polished depending on the plate. Brass is a soft metal that dents easily, and also does not offer the corrosion resistance that stainless steel does. Since stainless steel is stable in any environment, they do not have to clear coat the plate.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws.  The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The double center fin provides a true weather seal, compared to other piles without a fin suited for vibration reduction and pest control only.

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

Back to Back mounted 1 inch diameter stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will be a female fitting that snugs the handle with a set screw.  The standard Stud that ships with the handle is for an 1-3/4 thick door.

The Corner Guard 301 are a great way to protect corners and edges of doors.  Fabricated from 16 gauge (.050") thick metal they measure 1" on one arm and 1-3/4" on the other, and can come in any length.  Standard lengths are 36", 42" and 48", but we have the capability to modify to your specifications. This product is ideal for high traffic or areas of high abuse.   They come standard with screw mounting, but other options are available.

The spring, washer and nut are provided in a clear zinc finish.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps.
