The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The Jackson Panic Device Center Case 1085/1095 is for use with the 1085 devices for both and left, and the inactive case of the 1095.  Case is easily removed by loosening the two 1/8" Allen screws and one on the bottom.  Includes everything in the housing.  The distance between the mounting studs on this Case is 6-5/16"

Sargent 97-2434 Old Style 8700 Top Latch

The Sargent 97-2434 Old Style Top Latch was used on the 8706, 8710, 8713, 8715, 8728, 8740, 8743, 8746,  8762, 8763, 8773, and 8774 Series Surface Vertical Rod Devices before November 11, 2002.  We sometimes fine the casting number of 97-0317 stamped on the back of this latch.  This Top Chassis has 3 mounting holes.

The PBB Shim Hinge is for use in Fire Doors where the doors are not square.  Putting cardboard or wood shims on fire doors is prohibited, so they have come up with a solution where one of the leaves are drilled tapped and a set screw is inserted.  These hinges are only available in 4.5 x 4.5 sizes in brushed chrome finish. They are sold in boxes of three hinges and come with wood and machine screws. The base metal is steel.

The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13 inches overall lenght. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-1/2 inch projections. The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware.  The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw.  The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish.  The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time

The Dark Bronze Cross Bars are a very dark bronze and will be closer to black.

Doromatic PB48 Strike Shim Package Of 10 Pieces

This Dor-o-Matic product is for the PB48 Top Strike. This is the shim that goes under the top strike. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. The mounting holes are 11/16" x 11/16" on center. They are only sold in packages of 10.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.
