The Ives Roller Bumper Offset RB470 are ideal if you have situations where doors meet each.   They are constructed cast brass or bronze and are then plated to the desired finish.   The arm projects 5" and the base has a 1-11/16" x 2-1/4".   The device was just like the Glynn-Johnson RB3 or GJRB3.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. The Sargent 646 Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30 and 80 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware and Fire Rated Hardware.  It is used as a strike for the top latch. The strike measures 1-5/32" x 3-11/16"  with a 3/4" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy finish.

Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The Von Duprin 55 Center Case Axle 090050 is used on the Rim Panic Hardware only.  The Rim device is one that has a latch bolt sticking out of the housing.

The Panic Hex Key 1/8" is used on the new Adams Rite, Cal Royal, Jackson and many of the imported panic hardware like International Door Closer.  The key measures 1/8" by 1-13/16" long.  They are also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.

The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

Our Dark Bronze Oil Rubbed Bronze Door Kick Plates (US10B) are a baked on powder coat on brass base metal. We switched to this finish 5 years ago due to color variations in the US10B Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes. The US version was much lighter than the Asian version, which is where most the door hardware is made these days. The cost of Oil Rubbing was going through the roof and many platers were having issue with the environmental impact and EPA regulations in the United States. Our Oil Rubbed Kick Plates are 16 gauge (.050″) thick.

Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut dark brown screw. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended. Large plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and some C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The Detex ECL-230D-PH Alarmed Exit Device is a battery operated, rugged deadbolt panic device, and is UL-Listed Panic Hardware for 36" to 48" doors. The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force, and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm. Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Doromatic 1990 Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.
