International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

The Von Duprin 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and all the necessary strikes.  The device is also non handed.

The Von Duprin 55EO Rim Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and the 1409 Surface Strike.  The device is also non handed.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210DT Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim is just a pull, but will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

This Von Duprin 386DT Dummy Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Duprin 33A on the inside so they are on cohesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386DT Dummy Trim is non handed.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 55 Left Hand Arm 050112 includes the wedge, wedge ring, wedge tite screw and dog screw.

The Falcon/Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 55 Center Case 050183 is a replacement housing for the 55 Rim Device.  The housing includes all of the internal workings and latch bolt.  Von Duprin Part # 050183.

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance. The Dorma RTS88 Door Closer is an overhead concealed closer for both single and double-acting doors.  It is one of the more popular overhead concealed closers on the market today.  The RTS88 will consist of a steel cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.  Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4" headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º, trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230TP Trim is for use on the 22 and 2227 series only.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" with a plate thickness of 3/32".

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.
