The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Corner Guard 311 are a great way to protect corners in areas of high traffic and high abuse, such as warehouses and hospitals.  Fabricated from 16 gauge (.050") thick metal they measure 2" on both arms, and can come in any length.  Standard lengths are 36", 42" and 48", but we have the capability to modify to your specifications. Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

Von Duprin Part # 050168

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Ives FB61P Constant Latching Flush Bolt for Wood Doors

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer Arm - 4010SE-3077T

This arm will only work on the 4010SE. If you have another LCN Sentronic Model, we can order the arm you need. For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door, see diagram. This arm is for a discontinued LCN Door Closer. We can not allow returns, each arm is specail ordered.

The arm shown in the picture is a 4040SE arm, the 4010SE arm is the same, but the shaft hole is an oval.

The Norton Door Closer 8301 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8301/8301BF 3301/3301BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8501 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

Floor Door Stop FS444

This door stop has been around a long time. We have been selling it for the past 35 years, and it is one of our best sellers year in and year out.

Features: Ideal for interior or exterior use. Cast brass construction. Accommodates door undercut up to 2-1/2". Non-marring rubber tip. Packed with expansion shield and lead shield. This Floor Mounted Door Stop is 3" high, and the base has a 2-1/2" diameter.

The LCN 79 Door Closer Rod And Shoe  piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance. One basic closer mechanism allows for single or double acting, center-hung, or offset applications and is non-handed. The SEM7850 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". Ives FB31P Automatic Flush Bolt

This fully automatic flush bolt is used on the inactive metal fire door.  When the active door is opened the latches retract, when the active door closes the latches extend.  The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set includes the top and bottom flush bolts.

The LCN Sentronic Overhead Concealed Door Closer 3130SE is shipped with a standard arm, 24V or 120V SE track (please specify), track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. Interfaces with fire alarm systems.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

The H.B. Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

The Doromatic 1990 Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.
