SEM7850-828 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Kit 050462 is the Top Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

The Norton Apollo Door Closer 7500 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 7700, which are still made. The beauty of the 7500 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 7700 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 7500BF, the barrier free version, the new 7500 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Norton Door Closer 1601BF Barrier Free has been around for about 10 years. With the advent of aluminum framed glass doors, Norton was one of the first manufactures to come up with a narrow stile door closer. Because of this, it is still one of the most popular door closer models out there. It is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds. The Barrier Free version just means you can turn the spring tension down to a size 1 spring, which will meet the ADA codes (less than 5 pounds of resistance). The model we ship also has adjustable spring tension to work on a wider range of doors. The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”.

The Norton Door Closer 8501 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8501/8501BF 3501/3501BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8301 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The 4311HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. Ives RL30 Roller Latch

The Ives Roller Latch RL30 is constructed of Forged Brass and Plated to your finish.   Furnished with a Nylon Roller.   Body measures 1" wide by 3-3/8" high by 1-11/16" deep. The roller has a maximum projection of 3/8" and is easily adjustable.

The International Door Closer 200 Series Overhead Concealed Closer has been in there line up for at least 20 years.  It is designed as a replacement for the Jackson 20-330 concealed closer.  This closer is a fixed spring closer with two adjustment valves, one for closing and one for latching speeds.  It has a built in positive back stop and hold open positions, if you order the hold open option.  To order select the desired opening swing (90 or 105 degrees) and hold open or non hold open.  This is just the hydraulic cylinder, the arms are sold separately.

The Ives RL32 Roller Latch is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

The Norton Door Closer Parallel Arm Bracket is the bracket shipped with the Norton 1600, 7500, 8301, 8501 and 9300 series closers.  This bracket is also used by Yale on there 2300, 50, 3301, 3501 and 4400 door closers.  The factory part number on this is 1618A for Norton and 289A for Yale.

The Von Duprin 900850 Latch Cover Screw Package is used on the 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 Series surface vertical rod latch covers.  The are sold in packages of 2 screws.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The Norton / Yale Door Closer 7701-3 Hold Open Arm is the standard hold open arm shipped with Norton and Yale Door Closers.   It is known as a Friction Hold Open, because as the arm rotates it tightens down two plates together.   Adjusting the large hex bolt on the Hold Open Assembly determines where the arm will hold open.  This part has had a couple of numbers over the years 7701-3, 1620-3 for Norton and 400-3 for Yale.
