The Cal Royal TAIL1 is an extender for the ENTOOL Lever Trim.  The extender works on doors up to 2-1/4 inches thick.  The TAIL1 includes two longer screws, two set screws (not shown), allen wrench, and hub adaptor.

The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage. 

The Von Duprin Panic Device 55 Center Case 050183 is a replacement housing for the 55 Rim Device.  The housing includes all of the internal workings and latch bolt.  Von Duprin Part # 050183.

The Von Duprin 22 Panic Only 22EO is part of the economy series.   Even though is it the least expensive Von Duprin, it is still a very heavy duty panic device.  It is for all types of single and double doors with mullion, for door stiles as narrow as 3-13/16”.   All 22 Series exit devices are UL listed for Panic Hardware or Fire Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1.  The Von Duprin 22 ships with the 299 standard strike, dog key, and all of the needed mounting fasteners.  Even though it is the least expensive, they offer all the replacement parts, just like there other models.  We stock all of the replacement parts Von Duprin has to offer on the 22 and 2227 series.

Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

3327A and 3527A for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210DT Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim is just a pull, but will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader.

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. The Falcon / Dor-o-Matic Panic Device 2090 / 1790 Standard Strike is the strike shipped with all new Falcon 2090 and 1790 exit devices.  The strike measures 1-3/4" high, 1-3/4" deep and only comes in a Black Matte color.  This strike was known for a long time as the Dor-o-Matic SD36 Strike, but after changing there name to Falcon in about 2008, it is know known as the Falcon SD36 Strike.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230TP Trim is for use on the 22 and 2227 series only.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" with a plate thickness of 3/32".

Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.

The Detex ECL-230D Alarmed Exit Device is a battery operated, rugged deadbolt panic device. The steel paddle is photo-luminescent sign providing managed security and a 100 decibel alarm for secondary exits. The device features a single point 1" dead bolt, attack resistant design withstands over 2200 pounds of outside pull force and is non handed. Locking and unlocking the dead bolt always arms and disarms the alarm.  Rim Cylinder is not included.

The Adams Rite Panic Device Dog Key is used on there older models.   The key is made of high density plastic, and is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.  Adams Rite part # 25-0480.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

The Von Duprin 2227 Panic Only surface mounted vertical rod exit device for all types of single and double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 1. Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. Fits door stiles as narrow as 3-5/8". The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.
