The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width.

The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/2390 Dogging Assembly PBX-16

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The Von Duprin 050671 and 050814 solenoid have been discontinued.  All of our stock is gone.  Von Duprin has come out with a retrofit kit to update your E996 Lever to the M996 Lever. The kit changes out the solenoid for a mortorized version, more robust and uses less current. The newer version can be found by searching for M996.

This solenoid is used on the E996 Electrified Lever Trim.  The Solenoid body measures 1-3/8” x 9/16” diameter, mounting bracket has a 3/4” on center hole spacing.  The wiring harness has a two wire plug.  We some times fine the number 991342 on the solenoid.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.

The Von Duprin 050053 5547 Top Rod Kit 6'8"-8' Door is for the 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod.  The kit include the rod, and latch for a door height of 6'8" to 8' tall.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

Dor-o-Matic 1390 Dogging Assembly. If you have a 1390 and the dogging is stripped, this is the part you need. The International Door Closer 854P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and whether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features two adjustment valves for closing and latching speeds.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.  If you have an exterior door I would recommend the 880 Series, which is the same door closer, but has a back check valve.  The back check valves will slow the door down if it is caught by a gust of wind.  It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 42” interior or 36” exterior doors.
