The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Von Duprin Panic Device 880K Trim is for use with the 88 series devices only.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" diameter bore for cylinder. Knob projects out 2-3/4".  We do not sell many of these anymore, due to ADA requirements, but they are still available.

33A and 35A for all types of single and double doors with mullion, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. The 35A has a smooth mechanism case and the 33A has grooved case. 33A/35A fits door stiles as narrow as 1 3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

The Adams Rite Panic Device Dog Key is used on there older models.   The key is made of high density plastic, and is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key.  Adams Rite part # 25-0480.

Effective December 20, 2024 Falcon Doromatic has discontinued this exit device.  They are currently working on retro-fit plates to make transitioning to 1790EO more easily.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

The Full Mortise Medium Duty Hinge are a standard butt hinge.  They are designed for medium weight doors with a high frequency of usage, but usually interior doors with a door closer.  The hinge offers two bearings, to provide easy rotation.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Cal-Royal 6660 Surface Vertical Rod Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 3-3/4 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. Locking and unlocking dead bolt always arms and disarms alarm.  The alarm is 100 decibels and is powered by a 9 volt battery. Email for more information.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.
