The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 FL is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the FL stands for Fusible Link. The Fusible Link is a lead clip that melts at roughly 115 degrees, and releases the door so it can close and contain a fire.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 FL model, which is a hold open fusible lind, on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

Monarch 912L Panic Device Lever Trim

The Monarch / Falcon 912L Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick.  We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function.  On the Classroom function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included.  We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.

The Jackson 1095 Panic Hardware was one of the first devices universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware. Made of high tensile strength aluminum.  It ships complete with both housings, crossbar, all the fasteners, and the strike.  Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.

The Detex 101844-1 is the Endcap Bracket without Battery Holder. Bracket measures 3-1/2 x 2-1/4 x 5/8 inches.

The Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820 are no longer available. They have been replaced by the Corbin Russwin DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 2800, 2810 or 2820 door closers. The Corbin Russwin DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

Falcon 3788 Top Latch Strike

The Falcon 3788 Top Latch Strike is used on the 18-V, 19-V, 24-V, 25-V and XX-V panic and fire rated devices.

The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Arm 3049 has an adjustable nut that allows the door closer arm to lock when they reach a pre select position.  This arm can be used on most LCN Door Closers because the Hold Open function is in the arm.   If you have a regular armed LCN Closer currently, you can use this arm to make them have the Hold Open function.  Two words of warning, they can not be used on an interior fire rated door, and Hold Open arms usually break.   The manufactures sell more door closers with regular arms, but we tend to sell more Hold Open arms, meaning they wear out or break a lot easier then Regular Arms.

Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The LCN Part #'s on this Regular Arm is: 1260-3049 (non handed), 1460-3049 (non handed), 4010-3049 (handed), 4020-3049 (handed), 4040-3049 (non handed).   The fitting for the 4040 is a six sided, the 4010, 4020 and 4110 have a flat sided oval, and the 1260 and 1460 have an eight sided star.

The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

Von Duprin 6111 24VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

Gravity Door Coordinator 9"

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
Non-handed.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Nylon roller on short arm glides smoothly over door bracket and strike, ensuring silent operation. Made of forged brass.
COR9G-26D for use on pairs of doors with astragal on active door over 4' or with astragal on inactive door over 3'4" or with astragal on both doors over 2'10" Brushed Chrome Finish.

The Sargent 281 Door Closer is also known as the Powerglide, This closers meets ADA requirements, meets the Buy American Act, and is certified Grade 1, the heaviest rating possible.  The closer has the capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer is the replacement for the 1250 and 1251 series closers.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1250 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

Replaces the older Sargent 1250 and 1251 door closers, mounting holes will match

The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware.  This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece.  Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.

The Von Duprin Strike 1609 strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.   This Strike is not rated for Fire Doors, which are usually interior corridor doors.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.
