The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm - 20-1312-LC is the replacement arm and track for the Jackson 20-330 Door Closer.  The track measures 12-7/8" long by 1/2" thick, and the arm has an overall length of 12-15/16" long with an offset of .826".  This set is for use with single acting doors with a 3/4" offset.  Package includes the arm and track.

LCN Door Closer 4111 HCUSH Hold Open

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with HOLD OPEN CUSH N STOP arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. The Norton Door Closer 8301 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8301/8301BF 3301/3301BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8501 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The Jackson Door Closer Center Hung Arm - 20-2000 is used on double acting doors with the 20-330 concealed door closer.  The arm measures 9-1/2" long by 15/16" thick.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 HEDA Hold Open is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the HEDA stands for Hold Open Extra Duty Arm.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 HEDA model, which is a hold open arm on this page. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

The International Door Closer 526 Parallel Arm Bracket is one of two they offer.  This bracket us usually used with the Hold Open Arm 522, and is stronger than the 525 Parallel Arm bracket that ships with the closers.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. Norton Door Closer Covers

Replacement Norton Door Closer Covers, made of impact resistance plastic.  Covers are available for the 1600, 7500, 8300, and 8500 Series Door Closers.

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.
