The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Von Duprin 360L Lever Trim

The Von Duprin 360L Lever Trim has a base measurement of 7-1/2" high by 1-11/16" wide and 7/8" thick. The lever is 4-1/2" and projects out 3". This lever Trim uses a 1-1/4" Mortise Straight Cam Cylinder.

The LCN Hold Open Arm Wrench T-1157 is used to adjust LCN Friction Hold Open Arms,  one side if for the 1-1/2" nut and the other is 1-3/16".  Friction Hold Open arm would be part number 3049, with the suffix being the closer model, like 4040-3049, ect..

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer Roller - 3034 is used on all of the LCN Track Closers, and Sentronic Closers. Nylon wheel is 1-1/16" diameter by 3/8" thick. The shaft is has a 1/2" diameter by 1-1/8" long.  However in November of 2015 they started shipping the roller with the Slider 168 attached to it, with a retaining ring. LCN Started using this Roller Assembly in December 2018.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

Ives in the 1990's they brought it over under the Ives Floor Mounted Door Stop FS442. The Push Bar With Offset Grip M422XM39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1-1/4" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

The Jackson Door Closer Center hung Arm - 20-400B is used with the 20-330 door closer.  This arm is for use with double acting, center hung doors.  The arm measures 10" long by a 1-1/2" wide and 1/2" thick.

The F20 or GJF20 was a mainstay of Glynn-Johnson for years.  When the Glynn-Johnson door stop line merged with H.B. Ives it became the FS20.  This door stop has been discontinued from Ives, but we have been able find a large stock.   This Floor Mounted Door Stop also holds the door open, when in the latched position you can push the door and the holding latch will flip up and unlock thee holding clip.   It is constructed of cast bronze or brass and then plated to your desired finish.   This stop has a 2-1/2" long base that is 1-1/2" wide.  The overall height is 3-1/8" with a 2-5/16" floor to rubber stop centerline.    For use with door undercut up to 2-1/2".

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

Falcon Dor-O-Matic STK45 Surface Strike

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The 598-12 or 5599-24 feature heavy duty steel construction to ensure maximum strength and security. The bolt measures 1/4 x 3/4 x 12 or 24 inches and ships with strikes and mounting screws. The finish in Brushed Chrome. This bolt is UL approved.

The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.

The M422 x M422 Push Bar Set is constructed of 1-1/4 inch diameter solid stock, and is shipped to your specified center to center dimensions. The push bar has a 1-1/2 clearance and 2-3/4 inch projection. The set ships with back to back fasteners.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

This Coat Hook has a 2 inch diameter base, 1-3/4 inch projection and the hook has a diameter 1-1/4 inch. The hook is mounted with a 1/4-20 hanger bolt. Base material is brass or stainless steel depending on the finish.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.

Straightens bent full mortise hinges. Slide cylinder over the butt of the hinge and rotate. Extra long handle provides the torque to bring the hinge back inline. t measures 19-1/2" long, with barrels on each end of 3/4" and 1" diameters.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The LCN Door Closer 4111 FL is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the FL stands for Fusible Link. The Fusible Link is a lead clip that melts at roughly 115 degrees, and releases the door so it can close and contain a fire.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 FL model, which is a hold open fusible lind, on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".
