The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware.  The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw.  The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish.  The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time

The Von Duprin Strike 299 is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Rim Devices and also as a Top Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

Monarch 19 Series End Cap Bracket

This steel bracket holds the hinge side of the panic bar on the door. The end cap then fits over it for a finished look. Bracket measures 1-5/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a 15/16" projection. Sometimes shipped with a mounting barrel nuts and screw.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

The Von Duprin 2227 Center Case Cover 968888 comes in an Aluminum SP-28 or Dark Brown SP-313 color.  This piece is for used on the 2227 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware.  Package also included mounting screws.

The Adams Rite EX88 and EX89 End Caps are for the EX Series Interlocking and Pullman Rim Devices.  The package includes the hinge side and latching side covers, along with the mounting screws.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 "E" Ring RRing.109 is use to connect the concealed rods to the Traveller Assembly (G199028, PB88, or 4270100013).  The rods fit through the traveller and rod bushings, and the Retaining Ring holds them in place.  This piece has a diameter of 1/2".   This item is now under the Falcon name plate.
