The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

Floor Door Stop Dome 1-3/8" FS438

We ship the H.B. Ives FS438 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1-3/8" and a base height of 9/16".

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. The guide keeps the rods from bowing or getting bent by hand carts, or rowdy patrons.  Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.

The Door Pull Handle 16 has an overall length of 7-1/2". The base diameters are 2" with three holes each. The handle projects out 2-1/4" and has a clearance of 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle ships with 6 wood/sheet metal screws.

Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

Door Finger Protector - Exterior Push Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the push side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop DH6000 is one of the most common plunger style door stops we offer.   They are constructed of a cast zinc alloy that is then electro statically painted to either an aluminum or dark brown color.   It features a non marring rubber tip that is replaceable, and we keep in stock.  The body measures approximately 7" long and is 1-5/8" wide.  The throw on this stop is 1-1/8".  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.  This product ships with the mounting screws.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

The Von Duprin Latch Mounting Bracket 050546 is used on the 2227, 3327 and 9927.   It is for use with the 050400, 050401, 050091 and 050090 Surface Vertical Latches.

Sargent 1130 Door Closer

The Sargent 1130 door closer is a non handed universal door closer. It can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb. The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4" x 9-1/16". We ship the Sargent 1131-RU model.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS40 is a door holder that has some history.  We see this product in many schools, hospitals and churches that were built in the 50's, 60's and 70's.   The WS40 was originally made and designed by Glynn-Johnson out of Chicago, Illinois, and was called the W40 or GJW40.   H.B. Ives purchased Glynn-Johnson in 1990's and mergered this product into there offering, and changed the part # to WS40.  The holder is made of cast brass or bronze and plated to your desired finish.  The holding mechanism has a rubber bumper inside it to act as a door stop, and a brass spring loaded roller to act as a holder.   The product ships with a universal screw package to mount on all types of walls.   For the best results with this stop/holder the door and wall should be about 3-1/2" apart in the open position.
