The Von Duprin 970321 299 Strike Shim is for use with the Von Duprin 299 and Falcon FA299 strikes.   The plate measures 2-7/8 x 1-1/4" x 1-16" thick.   The product is sold individually.

The Cal Royal Products 400 Series Door Closer is for lighter use interior doors.  This closer is considered a Grade 2, which means it is only rated for 1,000,000 cycles.  The 400 Series is a sized closer, meaning you can not adjust the spring tension, the spring size you select is what you get.  Also, make sure to note the hole spacing of the various sizes below.  These closers also offer adjustable closing and latching speeds.

Cal Royal 400 Series Catalogue

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series.  They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width.  This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The 4311HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. The Ives 112HD Continuous Full Mortise Hinge Geared Hinge measures 83" long and is constructed of extruded aluminum.  This hinge is non handed, and will work on doors up to 48" wide and 450 pounds.  You can easily cut this hinge in the field if your door is less than 83" high.

This Dor-o-Matic product is for the PB48 Top Strike. This is the shim that goes under the top strike. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. The mounting holes are 11/16" x 11/16" on center. They are only sold in packages of 10.

The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Strike PB48 is used on the Dor-o-Matic 1690, 1990 and 2390 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit and Panic Devices. The plate measures 1" x 1-1/16" with 4 holes. The mounting holes are 11/16" x 11/16" on center. The diameter of the pin is 7/16" and projects out 5/32". Ships with mounting screws and 3 shim plates.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB48.

Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"
