Used on all the Von Duprin 33A, 35A, 99 and 98's.  For doors 30" to 36" order the 36" size. The Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435 is also known as the hinge case, meaning it is on the hinge side of the door.   This End Cap is used on all of the Von Duprin 88 models, which include 88, 8827, 8847 and 8875.   This piece does all the lifting of the cross bar, so it is an important component.  The case includes the all of the internal workings and springs.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The Von Duprin 106222 Racket Release Kit is used on the 3347, 3547, 9847 and 9947 Exit Devices.   The pin that projects from the block releases the top latch when the door closes, and locks the door shut.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit 050465 the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.

The Von Duprin Thumb Piece 970488 is just the thumb piece only, rivet not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. 5-1/8" overall length, but note that the length is usually cut down in the field depending on the thickness of your door.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.

The Von Duprin 050390 Bottom Mullion Fitting is the Bottom Fitting for the 1654, 4754, 4854, and 4954 Von Duprin Mullions. The 050390 measures 5/8" thick by 2" wide and 3" long excluding the flange the projects out the one end.   We find the number 961040-70  ESE cast right in the fitting.  The mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center.  Mounting Screws included.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 88 Mounting Screws are used on the 88 Exit Device, there description is 88C/C or E/C Mtg Pkg (CS and MS). The package included 12 screws, 6 machine and 6 hybrid.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.

The Von Duprin 55EO Rim Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and the 1409 Surface Strike.  The device is also non handed.

The Von Duprin 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and all the necessary strikes.  The device is also non handed.

To order select Finish and Type of Door Construction.   For Metal Doors select Metal Door, for Wood Doors, make sure you select Wood Door, the Wood Door model has additional brackets for mounting.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 900850 Latch Cover Screw Package is used on the 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 Series surface vertical rod latch covers.  The are sold in packages of 2 screws.

The EPT-10 Von Duprin Power Transfer is a 10 wire, 24 gauge, means to transfer power from the door frame to the door.   The kit includes everything that is need to complete the installation.
