Von Duprin 8827 Special Chassis Nut 050277

The 8827 Special Chassis Nut goes on the ends of the 8827 Chassis Tie Rod. The Nut is threaded all the way through so the cover mounting screws can then be threaded on it also. The nut is 3/8" long by 1/4" hex.

The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.

The Von Duprin Part # 050500 includes the 1 Latch Tail, 2 Latch Tail Rivets, and 2 Latch Tail Springs.  This product is used on the Von Duprin 88 Rim Device, for the EO, NL, TP and DT functions.  This is not the Latch Tail Kit used on the Fire Rated Von Duprin 88-F Devices.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 55 Center Case 050183 is a replacement housing for the 55 Rim Device.  The housing includes all of the internal workings and latch bolt.  Von Duprin Part # 050183.

The Von Duprin 55 Center Case Axle 090050 is used on the Rim Panic Hardware only.  The Rim device is one that has a latch bolt sticking out of the housing.

The Von Duprin 55 Hinge Case Axle 090051 is used the Rim inactive housing, and all of the other 55 panic hardware.  Such as the 5547, and older 5575's.

The Von Duprin 55 Dog Screw-090053 is the newer version, meaning less then 25 years old.  It measures 3/8" diameter by 1/2" long with 14 threads per inch.  They did have an old style that was available up to a few years ago that had 15 threads per inch.  If you have any old style I would recommend the D100 Panic Bar Retainer.

The Von Duprin 55 Hinge Case Spring 090052 is the spring in the inactive case.  This spring does all of the lifting of the cross bar, and is used on the 55 Rim, 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod and 5575 Mortise Device.  It measures 1-5/8" long by 5/8" diameter.

The Von Duprin 55 Rim Latch Bolt Spring 967502 is only used on the 55 Rim Panic Hardware.  This spring just keeps pressure on the latch bolt, it does not lift the arm.  If your arm is sagging, they you need to tighten the crossbar wedge tite screws and check and make sure the 55R200 55 Hinge Case Spring is not broken.  It measures 1-1/2" long by 3/8" diameter.

The Von Duprin 050053 5547 Top Rod Kit 6'8"-8' Door is for the 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod.  The kit include the rod, and latch for a door height of 6'8" to 8' tall.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
