The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism End Cap 900981 is the end cap and bracket that ships with the 22 and 2227 series.  The bracket is constructed of zinc plated steel and the end cap is black plastic. Bracket also acts as mounting bracket that holds the exit device on the door.  Von Duprin does offer a new Metal End Cap, look under related products.

The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Latch 050090 replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050401. Mounting screws and bracket are included.

The Von Duprin 88 Wedge Ring 090020 is also used on the Von Duprin 55's.  The Wedge Tite Screw applies pressure on the Wedge which expands the Tube Attaching Ring to grip the Cross Bar. Measures 5/8" on the flat edge.

Von Duprin 8827-F Special Hex Stud Kit

The Von Duprin Special Hex Stud mounts on the upper and lower latches.  The cover attaches to the Hex Stud, it is like a spacer.

The Von Duprin 88 Panic Device has been around since the 1950's, and is probably the device that put Von Duprin on the Map.  It is designed for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  It is field reversible, and ships with a 42" cross bar that can be cut down in the field.  The device is dogged down with a 5/32" hex key, and ships with all mounting screws and the 299 strike.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210K  Knob Trim is for use on the 22 Rim and 2227 Surface Vertical Rod devices.  Key in knob can lock and unlock the knob.  Since the enforcement of local ADA standards, this knob is probably at the end of this life, no one seems to want these anymore.  The mounting plate measures 3" wide by 4-25/32", and is 3-32" thick.  We do have parts on this Knob, but at this point they are not on the website.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.

The Von Duprin 900850 Latch Cover Screw Package is used on the 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 Series surface vertical rod latch covers.  The are sold in packages of 2 screws.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Wedge Tite Screw 090081 is used on the 55 and 88 panic hardware.  This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.  The screw is a 5/16-18 x 5/8 hollow set point.

Von Duprin Exit Device Lever Trim Shear Pin Kit

This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included. This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230 DT Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series only.  When the exit device is dogged open, the plate is operational.  The plate measures 3" wide by 12-1/16" high with a plate thickness of 3-/32".

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Von Duprin 22 End Cap Only 968601 is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic construction. As of October 1, 2014, Von Duprin no longer sells just the Plastic Cap Only. The complete End Cap and Bracket 900981 will be shipped in its place.

Used on all the Von Duprin 33A, 35A, 99 and 98's.  For doors 30" to 36" order the 36" size. The Von Duprin 22, 33, And 99 Dogging Shaft 090040 is the peice that the hex dogging key would fit into. The shaft is for a 5/32" dog key, but it has to be the long version.   The shorter versions will not have enough reach to get all the way into the shaft.  This is a very common problem area, the hole that the key fits in is only about 1/4" deep, and if you do not push down on the hex key when locking it open it will round out over time.  To remove the shaft, just pull it straight out with a part of channel locks.   We reinstalling the new one you might have to bend the ends of the adapter spring 090042 back down. This dogging shaft is for use on all Von Duprin Panic Exit Devices shipped after 1997.
