The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 230L Lever Trim will work on the 22 and 2227 series exit devices.  In 2008 this lever was redesigned and went from a key in the lever to the new style which has the key above the lever.  The plate measures 3" wide by 6-3/8" high and is 15/16" thick.  This lever only comes in sprayed aluminum or dark bronze.  We also have replacement parts for this particular trim piece in stock, email  us under the contact tab at the top of the page.

The Von Duprin 050390 Bottom Mullion Fitting is the Bottom Fitting for the 1654, 4754, 4854, and 4954 Von Duprin Mullions. The 050390 measures 5/8" thick by 2" wide and 3" long excluding the flange the projects out the one end.   We find the number 961040-70  ESE cast right in the fitting.  The mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center.  Mounting Screws included.

Used on the Von Duprin 22, 88, 98 and 99 when a lower profile strike is need in place of the Von Duprin 299 Strike. The hole spacing is 2-1/8" on center, and it ships with mounting screws and a shim. The Von Duprin 2227 Bottom Vertical Rod 109362 has a length of 33-1/4" to 33-1/2" that is set at the factory.  All the bottom rods are the same length because of ADA standards. The top rods are field adjustable.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Wedge Tite Screw 090081 is used on the 55 and 88 panic hardware.  This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.  The screw is a 5/16-18 x 5/8 hollow set point.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 210NL Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim iis a pull with a key cylinder hole, it will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The key locks and unlocks the exit device.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism Metal End Cap 900397 is new for 2016.  This new kit replaces the 900397 with a metal end cap, which is has always been a weak link of the 22 series.  The package includes the End Cap, Bracket and the Mounting Screws.  This cap and bracket will work on all of the 22 and 2227 series.

It is used the Fire-Rated along with the standard Panic Devices.  The 050400 is sold without the the Mounting Bracket, if you need the Mounting Bracket you can order the 050546, or order the G99VR10 (050091) which will come with the Bracket. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

The Von Duprin 107765 Plunger Release Bracket is used with the Fire Rated 8827-F Top Latch.  When the door closes, the Release Pin on the 88VR10-F (050462) hits the post and releases the latch from the retracted position.  Once the top latch is released, it drops the bottom latch into the floor.
