The Door Pull 25 is made of 3/4" round stock in either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle has a 2-3/8" projection from the door, and 1-5/8" clearance from the door to the back of the handle.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Von Duprin 990K Trim is known as a Knob Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The key locks and unlocks the knob.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990K-R&V.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

The Adams Rite P8700 P8800 Roller Strike is the Standard Strike for the P8000 Series Pullman Latch Exit Devices. The strike measures 2-15/16 by 1-7/16 inches with a 2 inch on center hole spacing.

Ives FB61P Constant Latching Flush Bolt for Wood Doors

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050400.  This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.

The Cal Royal Products CR441 Door Closer is an inexpensive replacement for the LCN 4040.  The mounting holes on the CR441 matches the 4040, at more than 1/2 the cost.  This closer will work on the left or right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.   Just like the LCN 4040 it features adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check speeds.  It is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the heaviest rating possible.

The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Floor Door Stop / Holder FS42

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF42A or F42A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS42. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

The Door Sweep 1-9/16" Long Brush is one of the longest brush sweeps we offer.  The brush is 1-9/16" long, with the mounting strip being 1-3/16".  The mounting strip is constructed of extruded aluminum, and the holes are slotted for adjustment.  The mounting screws, which are #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.  This product is easily cut down in the field.

Floor Dome Door Stop 1" Height FS436

We ship the H.B. Ives FS436 Floor Dome Stop, another product made by Ives that has been around for 50 plus years.  Take a walk around a school made in the 1960's and you will probably find this door stop, or the hole were it used to be.  This Dome Stop is used on doors without thresholds that have a bottom of the door to floor clearance of less than 5/8".  The are constructed of cast aluminum or cast bronze depending on the finish you are looking for.  The rubber stop is non-marring and replaceable.  The stop has a base that is 1-3/4" x 2" oval, an overall height of 1" and a base height of 3/16".

The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS452

The H.B. Ives FS452 is another classic kick down door stop.  It features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot, and is constructed of cast bronze or brass depending on the finish you are ordering.  A simple stainless steel spring clip holds the stop in the up position.  The non-marring rubber shoe is replaceable, and they have a corrugated bottom to prevent sliding on the floor and a secure grip.  This stop is shipped with matching finish sheet metal screws.   The 4" model is for door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 19/32" x 1-47/64".
