The 4311HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. The Push Bar w/Handle 422X26 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

The Full Mortise Spring Hinge is found in many hotels and motels across the United States.  They are an inexpensive way to meet Fire Codes.   An internal adjustable spring in the hinge closes the door when they are opened.  So instead of using a door closer, you can use these spring hinges.  One draw back is you can not slow the door down and they will slam shut.  We do not recommend these self closing hinges if your door swings more than 110 degrees, chances are the spring will break.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.   We ship them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Full Mortise Heavy Duty Hinges are standard butt hinge.  They are designed for heavy weight doors with a high frequency of usage.  These are ideal for exterior doors in schools, hospitals and other commercial venues.  The hinge offers four bearings, one between each leaf of the knuckle.  They are constructed of 7 gauge (.180”) steel that is then plated or paint primed.  We sell them in boxes of 3 hinges, and they ship with machine and wood screws.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".
