The LCN Sentronic Door Closer Roller - 3034 is used on all of the LCN Track Closers, and Sentronic Closers. Nylon wheel is 1-1/16" diameter by 3/8" thick. The shaft is has a 1/2" diameter by 1-1/8" long.  However in November of 2015 they started shipping the roller with the Slider 168 attached to it, with a retaining ring. LCN Started using this Roller Assembly in December 2018.

Detex EAX-500W Weatherized Battery Powered Door Exit Alarm

The Detex EAX-500W Series is designed for applications requiring a battery-powered alarm on secured doors. The alarm, with approximately 100dB, will sound when an unauthorized exit occurs. The redesigned shape and smaller size of the EAX-500W makes it the ideal choice for quick and easy installations on emergency exit and restricted doors.  The weatherized version is for use on out swinging doors that may get wet due to rain, or wet environments.

Detex EAX-500 Installation Instructions

The LCN 159 Arm Screw is used on all of the LCN Closers to hold the arm on the Spindle of the Cylinder.  This screw goes by the number 4040-159, 4110-159, 4020-159, 1260-159, 1260-159, 4040-159 and 4040SE-159.   This is the screw that holds the arm on to the Door Closer Spindle (Shaft).  The screw has a 3/4" diameter head, 1/2" high with a 1/4" diameter shaft with 20 threads per inch (1/4-20 screw).

Floor Door Stop-Security  FS18 is designed for areas of high vandalism.   The molded rubber is flame resistant and mounted to a 5/8" threaded mounting shaft.  Once the 7/8" diameter hole is drilled to a depth of 2-1/2" it can be grouted in concrete and leaves no exposed fasteners.  The recommended grout is Thorogrip.  They are ideal for jail or security cell areas.  There are two versions of this door stop one projects 1-1/2" (FS18S) out of the floor and the other 3" (FS18L).

The Von Duprin 55EO Rim Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and the 1409 Surface Strike.  The device is also non handed.

The Falcon Doromatic Adjustable Mortise STrike STK70 is used on their mullions.  This is the strike that fits in the tear drop shapped mullion. They measure 2-3/8 inches tall by 1-7/16 inches wide and are 1" thick.  They are sold in sets, enough for 1 mullion.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The Falcon/Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

The Falcon Dor-O-Matic 1690 Auxiliary Package PKG.150 is one of the installation packages shipped with new devices.   The kit includes the Rod Bearing Bushings (G199003), Traveler Lift Bracket, Retaining Rings (G199004) and 5/32" Dog Key (88R60).

The Detex HDK 100450 Dogging Hex Key has a 5/32" hex with a 2-1/4" shaft length.   The overall length is 3-1/8".

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter 090043 is the piece that the 090042 and 090040 fit through and lock in place.  These piece very rarely has to be replaced.  The Shaft 090040 is usually the part you need to replace.  We sell these individually.

Doromatic EL1490 Lift Bracket

As known as a Falcon EL1490 Lift Bracket. This bracket connects the exit device to the rods. The bracket measures 7-1/4" long by 1" wide.

The Von Duprin 050534 EL Potted Circuit Breaker measures 5" long by 1-1/4" wide and 7/16" thick including the wires. This piece spikes the current to the solenoid to open the door, then lowers the current to keep the device open.  The 050534 has a plug for the two wire input, and a plug for the 3 wire output. This Potted Circuit Breaker is also used on the Doromatic/Falcon Exit Devices, EL1490, EL1590, EL1690, EL1790, and EL2390. We sometimes find the number 101031-00 and 2148 on a sticker.

Gravity Door Coordinator Nylon Wheel and Screw

Nylon wheel measures 7/8" outside diameter by 3/8" inside diameter by 1/4" thick. Screw measures 5/8" overall lenth by 3/8" shaft diamter by 1/4-26 thread with a 1/2" hex head.
