Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/2390 Dogging Assembly PBX-16

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The Panic Hex Key 7/32" is used on Dor-O-Matic Falcon and Sargent Panic Hardware to name a few.  The key measures 7/32" hex by 3-1/4" long.   Also known as a Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key or Dogging Key.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter 090043 is the piece that the 090042 and 090040 fit through and lock in place.  These piece very rarely has to be replaced.  The Shaft 090040 is usually the part you need to replace.  We sell these individually.

Yale 7100 Series Latch Assembly

This latch assembly is used on non fire rated doors, meaning panic devices that you can not dog open with the allen key or key cylinder. Non fire rated doors are usually exterior doors.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880TP Trim is for the 88 series only.  The stanchions welded on the back line up with the 88 device on the interior.  The optional key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" bore hole for cylinder.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 880K Trim is for use with the 88 series devices only.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" diameter bore for cylinder. Knob projects out 2-3/4".  We do not sell many of these anymore, due to ADA requirements, but they are still available.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. Dor-o-Matic 1390 Dogging Assembly. If you have a 1390 and the dogging is stripped, this is the part you need. The package includes the Dogging Cam (4270102815), Activating Cam (4270106551), Spacer (4270108584), and Retaining Ring (4299100732).  The 1390 was discontinued in about 2003. The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The key cylinder, not included, locks and unlocks the lever.  This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.  We ship the 996L-R&V

Effective December 20, 2024 Falcon Doromatic has discontinued this exit device.  They are currently working on retro-fit plates to make transitioning to 1790EO more easily.

Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap

The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.
