The Von Duprin 88 Center Case Rivet 090002 is also known as the Latch Tail Rivet used on the 88 Rim Device.  The Rivet fits into the spring and into the Latch Tail 050500.  The rivet measures 1-1/4 inches long less the head, with a 1/8 inch diameter.  We sell this piece individually.

Full Mortise Double Swinging Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The jamb flange is .100" thick, the door flange is .134" thick and the barrel diameter is 1.18".

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

Templating matches the Von Dupin 99 and 98

The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch. 

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Connecting Arm Spring is the spring that pushes the touch pad back out after you push it in.   It is used on the 20, 30, 60 and 80 Series Panic Hardware.

The LCN Door Closer 1261 Series combines the best features from the previous 1070 and 1370 into a single versatile and economical cast iron closer, with Tri mounting capability. The Dor-o-matic 1390 Spring PB43 is also known as Part # 4270106635.   This spring was used on the obsolete 1390 exit device to push out the touch pad.  Spring measures 15/16" long by 5/16" by 3/8".

The Door Pull Handle 11  has 8" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 9-1/4". The projection is 2-1/8" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a 8" Center Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle is shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

With the Handicap Door Pull 18 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Shipped with screws. Also known as a Single Arm Pull, Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.  The handle is constructed of cast aluminum, or brass and then plated. The base plate measures 1-3/4" by 2-3/4", the handle projects our 3-1/2".  Ships with #6 by 5/8" matching finish sheet metal screws.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Constructed of cast aluminum or cast brass and plated to the desired finish.  The overall length is 8-3/4", the bases are 1-1/2" x 1-5/8", and it projects 3-1/4".   Shipped with screws. The Sargent Lever Return Spring 97-0425 is usually a green color, however we have seen them in blue and red.  The red spring has the same dimensions as the green, but the loop on the coil side of the spring was closed.  Sargent is using this spring as a replacement for all of those springs.  If you have a Sargent Panic Hardware, and the lever is sagging, or just hanging, this is most likely the problem.  The spring measures 2-1/8" long  by roughly 3/8" diameter.

The Von Duprin 050130 Fitting Set is for the 5654 / 5754 Mullions.  Set includes top and bottom fittings, all of the mounting screws.  The Fitting measures approximately 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8".

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.
